  When the top-level permissions lists are closed, it is not obvious whether only some, or all, of the sub-items have been selected.    Suggested solution: When top-level permission is in the ‘on’ position, the selector should also indicate whether all or some of the sub-items are selected so that the user can quickly adjust.   Example: When all are selected, the background is a solid color. I would like to have a way to the list of permissions and see who has the permission or not by user, team, and permission set.    Example: I want to see quickly which users/teams/permissions sets have access to our HubSpot account management. Right now, I have to go into each user/team/permission set and see who it's turned on for, but I have over 40 of these combined.   I need to quickly lock down our system and have a way to audit who has which permissions enabled. ...read more

There is a setting that can restrict a user from creating access groups (I have not bothered to identify it), but there isn't one to keep users from adding individuals to existing access groups. Please restrict all users from being able to add their contacts to any access group. ...read more

Hello Idea Community!   We have several different Sales Teams within our Company, and it is not uncommon for a Sales team member to switch to another team, but this is a reporting nightmare as most of our HubSpot reports are built using HubSpot Teams.   What is happening now: Once someone switches teams, all of their Revenue (and Activities) moves from the Losing team to the Gaining team, but our Revenue reporting is based on Teams, not an individual user, so for us, that is a big issue, as we have Revenue KPIs for all teams and those obviously get skewed when someone switches.   Right now, I am having to create new Users for anyone that switches teams, (an old user and a new user - old user stays on Losing team, new user is used going forward for Gaining team) in order to save their historical Data with their previous team, but obviously that isn't ideal.   Please considering building a way to go about saving historical Data to the original Team with Team changes, it would be a great help to our Company! ...read more

It would be extremely efficient and beneficial to be able to create teams, and tag that team rather than user by user.  @support employee 1 employee 2 employee 3 etc  The fability to create the teams and names would be extrordiniary and save a lot of time in the day to day.  ...read more
