Do not allow non-admin users to access and view other users within the Portal. If a user does not have the permission allowed for Account Access - they should not be able to view User and Team information! For portals where we are supporting internal and external users, emails and access levels are displayed. I see this being a significant security issue - for: 1. Sharing emails and contact details with users who should not have access to this information 2. Providing details for admin users that if a users account was compromised could be used to try and get other access

We are increasing our use of HS and one thing we had the ability to do with our previous system was to create knowledgebase articles that were for internal users only. While you can do this in HS you have to create a list of users based off of existing contacts which means internal users have to be contacts - which was not recommended by support when I asked but there was no other work around that I could find. You should easily be able to choose existing users as a pre-created "list".

We use goals to enter a monthly quota for sales reps. Unfortunately, there is not a way to import a spreadsheet of 30 sales reps into goals. I have to manually enter each month for them. Would love to import the whole spreadsheet.

The custom object is a really cool feature from Hubspot, but after creating multiple objects, as a superadmin, you start thinking, who from your team can have access to this object or that one. But UNFORTUNATELY, its not possible git give access to members of your team to specific custom objects. Its either you give them access too all custom object or you dont ! And this is really problematic in my case. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

HubSpot admins need to be able to prevent users from accessing the "edit columns" (see below) button while working in the Line Items editor / in the Quote tool. Currently, users see the button "edit columns" and they are free to take advantage of making the tool suitable for their personal needs. This, in turn, complicates the lives of their colleagues and HubSpot admins. As a CRM aimed at scaling businesses & enterprise customers, HubSpot should prioritize such an update with high priority.

There should really be a native way to export the contact activity history in bulk to a CSV or excel file similar to other Hubspot fields. This would be a great way to organized and filter the user history for personalized marketing emails and workflows.

I'd like to be able to control who (which team) can merge certain records. For example, an integration we have will break if two records are merged. The team using the integration should obviously be able to edit the records they are assigned but shouldn't be able to merge the records.

When Sales Reps choose to add a countersigner to a quote, the option is a picklist of HubSpot users. However, that list includes deactivated users. Two ideas to resolve: option of assigning a default counter signer, per pipeline, so that if a countersigner is necessary, the Sales Rep does not need to think about where it should go. Make "Deal countersigner" part of role permissions so at least the list to choose from are people that should actually be a countersigner Additionally, if neither of the two options work, deactivated users should never be available as an option to choose in a quote once they are no longer active.

The new beta update for Business Units is great, because you can now select from Navigation which Business Unit you are working on when in your portal. However, it gives access to all users. There should be a way to filter or manage who can see the Business Units depending on the team or unit they actually work on:

Custom Owner Propierties work well for Users and Permissions; when assigning the following permissions to a user [See Contacts > Team only], HubSpot takes into account users from HubSpot User Property + User Custom Properties. However, it doesn't work well when trying to filter a list or a report by Owner or Team properties; some examples: 1. When trying to filter contacts by Owner, it's only taking into account official HubSpot owners and no owners from custom owner properties. 2. When trying to filter contacts by Team, it's only taking into account official HubSpot owners and no owners from custom owner properties. 3. When trying to filter dashboards or reports by Team, it's only taking into account official HubSpot owners and no owners from custom owner properties. I th would be great if Team/Owner filters take into account users from custom properties. Custom user properties are essential for big companies that share customers between Business Units (same Contact/Company, different owners).
