This would be useful in several use cases. If there was a notes feature in the user controls so that it could be notated why, for example a user may not log into HubSpot, but should still have access, such as for report distribution and other functionality that doesn't require HubSpot login. We have a large number of active users in sales, many of whom create several views and provide them with personal filters and displayed columns. Unfortunately, almost all of them forget to mark these views only for themselves personally or to restrict them to their team. This makes the overview of views very confusing for all other users. Partitioning for Lists, Dashboards, Reports, Email, Forms, Workflows etc is only availble to Enterprise.  Limit access to your HubSpot assets Inability to partition dashboards unless you've got an Enterprise plan severly limits our ability to colllaborate with our wider organisation by using HubSpot and restricts our ability to share the value of HubSpot to stakeholders.    Marketing Hub Professional gets Deal and ticket pipelines, Social accounts and Files only.   I find myself creating workarounds (thus moving outside of HubSpot) to provide the access requires so that an individual team or user can view contacts in a particular list, but not other lists, and similarly for dashboards in particular.    Access to user/teams partitioning for Dashboards, Reports and Lists should be a minimum for a Marketing Hub Professional Level.   ...read more

We wanted to grant viewing/editing access only to specific contacts (UK-based in this case) to a user, but the only thing available is either owning the contacts or being part of a team member who owns them.   It would be really helpful to be able to create a filtered active list and turn it into a condition for a user's permission. ...read more

I'm the CEO of the company and a former colleague removed me as the administrator of our account. Is there any way or way to regain access to the account? I was listed as an admin on the account, but currently I cannot access any company data or company account. Thanks in advance for your help! If you turn off a users sales seat or raised them to super admin even if for a moment it the system purges all meeting links except default.  Confirmed by support this is ONLY recoverable by a support request. Suggestion: It would be ideal if these didnt disappear, but you could solve multiple issues if you added the 90 day restore tab to deleted meeting links area.  ...read more

We have started to create scheduling pages for our sales representatives and would like to integrate their personal Zoom accounts to make a zoom meeting attached in the invite, but we are not able to do so since everyone would need super admin access (which we do not want to do).   When the top-level permissions lists are closed, it is not obvious whether only some, or all, of the sub-items have been selected.    Suggested solution: When top-level permission is in the ‘on’ position, the selector should also indicate whether all or some of the sub-items are selected so that the user can quickly adjust.   Example: When all are selected, the background is a solid color.
