We currently have our two Brands in the CRM. We can currently restrict access to contact and company profiles by Users & Teams. However, if the client (company or contact profile) uses both brands you cannot limit access to Notes, Meetings, and Tasks for each brand. Please allow a role to be set with permissions to perform permenant GDPR deletions rather than restricting this feature to super admins. This would allow customer service agents to perform GDPR deletions without requiring management interaction. ... Afficher plus

HubSpot appear to have released some great new product features 13 Oct 2021.     HYPE & EXCITMENT We got excited with several of the features, what appear to be basic, overdue and much needed features by most CRM users. We spent some time research and confirm with Hubspot, exactly what new features we would have available under our current professional plans.     DISAPPOINTMENT Disappointingly we have been informed by HubSpot support, despite having a HubSpot professional plan in place, we have no access to any of the new product features that were announced!  So underwhelming.  Build the hype, and then disappoint.     Many of the new product features should be available for basic level features of all plans, not just specific professional and/or enterprise plans.  Most competitor CRMs - Salesforce, ActiveCampaign - have these new product features already available, as part of all their plans.    FUTURE PRODUCT RELEASES We get the reason that Hubspot want all users to upgrade plans, up to enterprise level.  However, atleast treat existing Hubspot users with a bit more respect, if going to release new products, atleast be transaparent to existing customers on exactly which of the new product features existing HubSpot users have access to or not under their existing plans, to stop them wasting time and energy figuring out what they can use.    101 for product releases.  Hopefully Hubspot can excite Hubspot users next time.  ... Would like the ability to add a user to a static list right from the "action" section of that particular list.   If i know a user should be added to a static list, i have to go into Contacts, find user, add user to static list and select the specific list.   Would be more efficient to add user right from the list itself, search all users and select which user should be added. be able to add multiple user that way ... Hi,   I'm aware you can control a user's export and import capability in the user permissions but I (super admin) would to choose to be alerted when users I gave permissions to, have imported or exported from HubSpot.   Currently this option is not available.
