Hubspot only allows users on Primary teams to be mentioned in the Comments of an Inbox. Those who are on Additional teams can view the Inbox but cannot be mentioned. We have Super Admins and managers who need to be able to be mentioned across multiple inboxes.   This limitation did not used to be the case. It's hard to see what this change helps. If a user has an Additional Team that has Inbox permissions, this user is grayed out in the Inboxes Access settings, so there is no way to allow for mentions without changing the user's Primary team or the entire system of team permissions we had set. Hi,   May I know if we could provide users with access to contacts and companies but not allow them access to view or edit any emails or attachments that were logged? These users would still be able to see the emails but not the email exchanges or activities.   Thank you! ...read more

Hi, We are currently in the process to set up various Marketing processes (DOI, downloads, newsletter subscpritions etc). In this process we test a lot. However once an e-mail-adress was used, for example to test DOI, you can never use it again for testing-purposes.   This is quite impractical because you need quite a lot of email addresses in the course of a project set-up. It would be useful if Hubspot would provide a kind of test user with which such functionalities could be tested without having to constantly create new email addresses. ...read more

Currently, in case a user has permission to edit something (i.e. information on a Deal), this user has the ability to change these infos at any given point of the deal stage. For example, the deal owner is allowed to update the amount of the deal even after it's closed.   New proposed feature: after a given stage of the deal (in this case when it closes), the deal owner edit rights is changed, so he/she is not allowed to edit any further information (the amount, for example). This would allow for a better "gatekeeping" of crucial information while still maintaining the initial owner for reporting/analyses (as opposed to creating a Workflow to change the owner of the deal once it closes). ...read more

Hola,   tenemos varias licencias de sales activas y nuestros comerciales han conectado sus bandejas de entrada con Hubspot para disponer de las funcionalidades geniales de la plataforma. Ahora bien, esta visibilidad de los correos está disponible para todos los usuarios, lo cual vulnera y mucho la seguridad de la información, por lo que hemos tenido que desactivarlo. In Conditional Sections for Sidebars, you can make sections only viewable by certain teams which is extremely useful. But when you have a company-wide section you want all teams to inherit you cannot simply choose All Teams, you have to go through every individual team. Also if a new team is created you'll have to remember to come back to this each time. All teams or company-wide would be a great addition to the list here.   ...read more

There are a set default roles which will be recommended by HubSpot while creating a new user. Those default roles come up with predefined permissions to access various features of HubSpot according to the user title. However those "Default Roles" are only available while creating new users in HubSpot. But, while editing the job roles and permissions of existing users in HubSpot, we do not have access to those "Default Roles" we have to choose the "Saved Roles" created in prior   Hence we request you to give access to "Default Roles" to existing users during the time of editing ...read more

Currently you only have the option in HubSpot settings to either grant or not grant social media access. This should be further defined by team, buisness unit, brand or country ... etc.   Use case: A portal has several countries each with multiple brands and team leaders per country. Each country has a person who posts to social media and therefore has access to the tool. However, they have access to ALL connected social platforms for all brands and countries - it is therefore very easy to accidentally post under an incorrect country or team's social platform.   Only the Super Admins (or other defined user role) should have the 'master' access to see all platforms across all brands and countries.  ...read more

The custom object is a really cool feature from Hubspot, but after creating multiple objects, as a superadmin, you start thinking, who from your team can have access to this object or that one. But UNFORTUNATELY, its not possible git give access to members of your team to specific custom objects.    Its either you give them access too all custom object or you dont !   And this is really problematic in my case.
