Allow bulk partitioning / assign of lists to teams.   Currently list partitioning only allows 10x lists to be assigned to a team at a time. I can select many lists at a time but the assign functionality isn't available for over 10x lists.   This functionality will be incredibly useful for any organization transitioning to a teams based platform, or any organization that needs to bulk assign / partition lists.   My organization is transitioning and has 1900 lists that I have to manually assign.  To assign 10 lists I have to click 14 times. Currently, HubSpot users can simply delete their tasks from HubSpot so that it is no longer possible to trace that they ever existed. Especially important but unremained tasks, such as data quality cleanup tasks, should not be able to be deleted on their own. In the settings you can lock the editing of tasks, but then you can't delete them. However, there is no option to simply prevent the deletion of tasks. This is an essential problem. ... Currently, if a user is on a given permission set, even if that person has not been sent a invitation email, if that permission set is later changed to gain access to a Sales/Marketing/Service seat an email blast goes out to them that cannot be prevented or cancelled.  This has caused a lot of confusion as the users getting these emails have not been brought into the system yet and so understandably believe it to be spam or phishing.    I am requesting there either be a checkbox or popup asking if you would like to email users in the set, similar to how when you add a user it gives you the option to send invitation email or not.   Below/attached is the email that gets sent out by default to all permission users when the permission gains access to a seat.     ... It would be good if emails associated with a record could only be seen by the email address of owner. Example: Say Scott is the owner of Contact: Joe Smith, right now he can see ALL of the emails associated with Joe Smith even if he didn't send/recieve them. I don't think Scott should be able to see other users emails even if they are associated with his owned contact. ... Afficher plus

i have had my administrater ensure I have the correct access and I have all access.  I am still unable to export data from deals to a CVS file.  I have people with less access that can export.  Any ideas why the export button would be grayed out for me?  I have tried three different browsers, Chrome, Edge and Firefox.  Any help would be appreciated. ... PROBLEM: We have managers in Hubspot who needs to see all the fields and sections across all teams. However, Hubspot sidebars are assigned by the user's primary team. This is great, except it doesn't work when we have managers managing multiple teams.   Example assignment: Primary team: Sales Additional team: Enterprise, Commercial, SDRs   In this case, the manager can only see the left sidebar for Sales.    IDEA A possible solution would be to set conditional sections by Hubspot User. Hi team,  in order to apply team views and structure document types, I'd like to propose the idea to add several attachment sections as an option.  To give you an example: we work a lot with team views as different teams require different information about a contact or company - this is very easy in HS, great! However, I am not able to provide a section for i.e. the procurement team where they can attach framework contracts that is named equally.  Also, our C-level would like to attach some docs to some clients, but they don't because theres's no attachment folder that I can label "Docs for management only" and then restrict this section by only adding it to the managing directors view.  Looking forward to hearing from you, thanks  Marie ... I have found a flaw in the system. We let someone go, and I went into their account impersonating them so that I could remove the email alias to assign it to someone else. Only one person can have the alias. Support told me I am not able to do that and I should just login into her account. I am able to add the email alias while impersonating someone so why can't I remove it? Each account is basically forced to set up two factor, which then sends a code to someone who was let go. I should be able to remove things like this impersonating a person.  This seems like a big flaw for super admins and if people are let go and we need to get into their accounts and be able to clean it up.    From Support: I don't have anything that definitively says whether or not it will work. My guess is that you would have to remove H entirely and that simply deactivating wouldn't work. Your IT team doesn't have access to H inbox? If yes, they should be able to reset the password with access to her inbox. I would like to note even if we reset the password, it will send the two factor code to this person who was just let go. Apparently the User: Phone Number email personalization token (defined in a team preset) is pulling from the phone number the user manually entered in their initial user profile, even when this user has been assigned a custom HubSpot phone number -- and this custom phone number is showing up in the user's Calling preferences.    Please change this personalization token to pull from the user's HubSpot phone number if assigned.     I don't want to have to rely on users manually editing their profile after a number is assigned to them.  If the number can be assigned centrally by the admin, the number should also be applied centrally. ...
