We have enabled the "Restric new content to creators and their teams" feature in our users & teams settings. So far, so good - for us it works great, except for lists (BETA) and the criterias. https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account/partition-your-hubspot-assets "In addition to the list filters, a contact will only appear in a partitioned list if they meet one of the following criteria: The contact is owned by a user on the assigned team. A custom HubSpot user property on the contact record is set to a user on the assigned team." A good feature would be to be able to turn on/off above criterias and only make sure the restriction applies to the list, but not the contacts. Example of a pain in our organization where we have lots of teams reflecting our organizational structure. 1: A contact that is owned by Company A, signs up via an event form which is created by Company X. 2: When Company X creates a list for all the signups to their event, they do not see all registers as they are not the contact owners. (creating a custom property and educate all our editors on how to use it would be a massive job and investment.) See example picture. We are using the same filtering for two lists but one is assigned to a team. TLDR; Suggestion Delete the contact criteria for the "restrict new content to creators and their teams".
