As a Super Admin, I receive email notifications every time a user initiates a large data export from our HubSpot account. It would be perfect to have functionality allowing to immediately block the export in case it looks unfamiliar and we can't reach the user who initiated the data export straight away (considering the number of users we have). Currently, there is no separate setting to edit permissions for meetings and other activity (besides tasks). We need the ability to enable separate permissions for meetings.    In our case, SDRs create and set up initial meetings, which are then logged against the company/deal/contact records. These flow over from Outlook automatically. We then need the deal owner (a different person) to be able to edit the meeting type and outcome of the meeting so that it flows into our activity tracker. ... Mehr anzeigen

It would be great if we could customise the tasks that are asked for when someone joins Hubspot, instead of the pre-set Hubspot tasks (create your first contact, connect to your inbox and calendar..) As part of their onboarding, each new joiner has to go through different Hubspot courses (depending on their team) and Hubspot way of doing things (actions to remain GDPR compliant). Unfortunately, we currently have to do this on an external page since we cannot edit these tasks below. Yet it would be much more simple if all can be placed within this user guide so we ensure that new joiners know how to use Hubspot appropriately and can get the most out of it.    Is this any where on the roadmap?  User Guide Tasks ... Hi,   For security reasons I need to find who is deleting contacts in our base. Once is not possible define in users configuration who can or can't delete contacts. The only configuration that exists is if the user can edit or not, and I would like some users could be able to edit, however never delete.   Would be great to have some configuration to don't allow to delete or be able to see who deleted the contact.   Thank you ... Think of Google Sheets for a moment.    When you are in a sheet you can see when other team members just in and what cell they are in at any moment. You can see them move through a sheet.   Now imagine that inside Hubspot.   It would be incredibly helpful for teams to see what other sales people are looking at the same live chat, or contact, or unassigned deal.   It eliminates overlap and two sales people messaging a live chat back at the same time. It will also improve the experience for the customer as there won't be those awkward conversations where they have to explain they just got an email or call etc. ... Mehr anzeigen

As an agency working with many security-minded clients, many do not want to give our team "unnecessary" permissions outside the scope of a particular project. Especially for developers, it is awkward to request that "Account Access" needs to be granted just so that our developers can create a table in a portal, especially when read/write/publish permissions already live within the marketing tab.   Consolidating HubDB settings to a single tab, or adding the create/clone/delete toggle to the marketing tab would make permission management much easier.   ... Hi!  I am looking at setting up user access based on few properties. For eg - If I have product as a deal property, all deals with product value as "PD1" needs to be viewed only by managers of "PD1" and so on.  Although deal owner property helps us set this up, there are multiple scenarios where we want users from teams other than the deal owner, to view and access certain objects.   ...
