At this time, you can only get tracked links with Sales Professional. As a Service Professional user I should be able to see if a customer that is in need of support has clicked a link that I have provided them. This would be to another website, knowledgebase, Video, Document, etc. Because this is not available, I am unable to tell if a customer has followed my instructions and have to "guess" if they are moving forward and not sitting. This also would allow me to come back with more information and be confident with my second response if they havnt emailed back in a certain amount of time.
