Is it possible for Hubspot to give us the option to re-enroll custom surveys being sent out based on Ticket Properties? Right now the only option we have is re-enrollment based on Contact Properties. Scenario: Re-enrollment is only avaliable once per unique email for Ticket Properties. For example, one client ticket/email gets created. (I've set it so a custom feedback survey (Not CES) would be sent out). Once their first ticket is solved and moved to "Closed" they get a survey. But once they start sending in a new inquiry, which creates a new ticket, once THAT ticket gets moved to closed, they'll never get another survey again. This isn't good because they will never have the chance to leave feedback again. And if the first survey is bad, then it'll stay that way forever.
