I would like the ability to create a ticket manually, or automatically, when composing a new email from scratch in the conversations inbox.   I already have automated ticket creation active for incoming emails. But in this instance, I would like to be able to create tickets for outgoing emails.   Use case: A contact contacts us by phone, and then we follow up with an email after we hang up, and want to create a ticket at the same time.   When testing, I found that if I compose an email and don't create a ticket. A ticket will be created when the customer replies to it. But this is not ideal since depending on the nature of the ticket, the contact may not reply in a day or two.  For reporting, we need the ticket to be created as soon as possible.   The only workaround I can think of, is to compose an email, go to the "sent" view in the inbox, open the email, and manually create a ticket from the right sidebar. It will be great to have the duplicate function for the ticket to be do the efficient work. It taks time to create differnt tickets for different requests from the same company / deal / contact.   ...read more

Posting on behalf of a customer here: The ability to copy (CTRL+C) the cells in the various index/list pages can be security concern despite restrictions on exporting data since it's pretty easy to still paste the data separately with no traces. Would be handy if there's a feature to restrict copy-pasting on the pages.  Thank you! ...read more

It's important for us to see how many tickets each company has (open or historically), we need to report this back to our customers and we very much like to see where we spend our time. Would it be possible to add another tab in line with the "Activity , Notes, Email, Calls, Tasks" tabs in the customer view called "tickets" or "service"?  Only available for services and optional to add to the customers activity line. Or atleast a filter for sorting tickets per company? Associating tickets with companies automatically, based on the contact person would also be great.   Cheers, Magnus ...read more

Hi,   I'd like to customise my customer portal so that it is branded correctly.  I've got all of it done except for the ticket status labels (OPEN, CLOSED, etc).   Currently the OPEN label is a bright turquoise which I'd like to colour differently to match our branding but I can't find this anywhere in the theme options. Whenever someone responds to a ticket that is already marked as closed, an automatic email should be triggered to notify the customer that the ticket is already closed, and they should open a new one using the provided link. ...read more

I have faced a problem when a ticket in Customer Portal can be seen only by a contact from a company set as Primary for ticket association.  In our used cases multiple companies might be associated with a ticket and the representatives from all related companies should be able to track this ticket in the Customer Portal. Currently tickets within restricted ticket pipelines can still be accessed either via a direct link or via the associated company / contact property object which defeats the purpose of restrictions in the first place.  Please extend the user / restrictions access to the tickets itself!    Thanks  ...read more
