It would be super useful to be able to assign tasks to members of a team on a rotated basis just like the "Rotate Record Owner" function in workflows.   Not only would this mean that tasks could be distributed evenly, it would also mean that when a team member leaves a team or a new one joins you only need to change their team status and not every single workflow that they were tasked in.   Currently task assignment options are only a specific (named) user or a contact owner. As people inevitably change roles or leave the organisation this becomes a problem when you have lots of automated tasks in different workflows. Hello all,  Would it be possible to have additional functionality on how we see KPIs in dashboards?  We're wanting to be able to put a score against activities (meetings, calls, emails) so instead of a sales rep having a target of 50 calls/week, they could have a points score that they would have to hit. Meetings are harder to do so these would be scored higher, whereas emails are easier and they would be scored lower. I call across three different time zones. I utilize sequences and the task system frequently, but am noticing a shortcoming that I have a solution for. I would like for the tasks created in the project view to also shows in the general tasks section. This would remove the need for our team members to have to check two different task boards to see what they need to do. We want the option to assign tasks to generic users other than Contact Owner. For example, to assign to 'Advisor' or 'BDM' (properties we have created). Not having this option is causing us problems when it comes to automation. ...read more
