Submitting this on behalf of a customer! Currently in the Sales Analytics tools, we are able to see the total tasks completed, a key indicator we aren't able to see is the task completion efficiency, i.e. the amount of time it takes a user to complete a task.
I did see that we now have a Task Completion Date property available in reports - but without the Task Created Date property, or a Time Taken to Complete Task property, we aren't able to see how efficient a user has been in completing their tasks.
As we are able to see indicators like Average time to close ticket, would it be possible to develop reporting such that we can see Average time to complete tasks?
