Hello all,  Would it be possible to have additional functionality on how we see KPIs in dashboards?  We're wanting to be able to put a score against activities (meetings, calls, emails) so instead of a sales rep having a target of 50 calls/week, they could have a points score that they would have to hit. Meetings are harder to do so these would be scored higher, whereas emails are easier and they would be scored lower. I noticed today I could not sort Tasks by State. This can be difficult when looking at tasks due all across USA and Canada. I want to be able to click the task and get a pop-up view of the description of the task. You don't want to have to go into every single record if you aim to work from the prospecting function. And you don't want to describe the entire purpose and details of the task in the title.  ...read more
