Currently, you can only bulk assign tasks to one owner at a time. What if someone leaves or regions change and leads are reassigned to multiple people? It would be nice to have outstanding tasks move to the new owner once assigned.

It would be nice if CRM tasks would be assignable to multiple people. Right now it can be assigned to one person only.

In our company, we use the tasks feature to assign RFQ's/(Deals) to employees. But we do not have the option to customize/edit the columns. We would like to edit the titles and the number of steps in the tasks feature so, we can more accurately show the status of a task.

Workflows with the action "Create a task" should also have the option for the task to be assigned to a specific task queue.

When I am looking tasks I can filter by state, title, type, date and the owner of the task but I can´t filter by the contact or deal thats is associated with the task and it`s makes difficult the work of my team, because we need to know if a contact or deal has more than one task associated. Can you add the filter for this option please?

I think it could be great if the creator of the task will be notified when the task is finished or is waiting... And have a discussion on the task

It would be great to allow for saved task templates in HubSpot CRM. I find myself creating the same tasks often for contacts that I'm manually following up with (ie. not on a sequence). It would be great to have the option of creating templates instead of needing to manually create each follow-up task. Thanks for the consideration! -David

Relaying a much needed feature to be back: In need for the ability to select "create task to follow up in X days" directly in the Conversation Inbox. Currently, this feature is only available in the Contact page and therefore is quite inconvenient for teams who handle customer conversations in the Inbox and need to set up a reminder to follow up. It would be very convenient to be able to log activities under a contact which you have a task scheduled for without having to complete the task at the same time. This would allow ease of updating / moving tasks without having to create a new task every time you want to log an activity. Significant time saver. Thanks.
