Offering editable defaults really helps neurodiverse people - with ADHD you can guarantee I set myself tasks all the time when almost all my tasks are meant for my VA who does my diary....because my name comes up as the default and I forget to change it.  I've lost customers because of it.  Yet another ADHD tax!   Please could we set the default for tasks ourselves? ...read more

Could we please have the contact name and title on the task bar.  That way we can look at it in the company level and see who we have outstanding tasks for.  As a lead generator this would really be a short cut for me having to open each of the tasks to find out who I have tasks out for and who I need to follow up with still.   Let me know if you have questions or if there is a work around I hate retyping things.   ...read more

I've created an onboarding training project with a breakdown of key tasks for marketers including instructions on how to perform said tasks.   Each task will be assigned to multiple users. My idea/goal would be for the task to only be marked as completed once all of the assignees had completed it.   At present this is not possible, if any of the assignees mark it as complete then it will be marked as complete for everyone, regardless of whether they've done it or not.   The workaround is cloning the project and having one per assignee.  ...read more

I would like to change the default columns for default task views (Overdue/All/etc), to show certain columns in certain orders for my team.   Attached below is a snapshot of one of the custom views I've created, and the sort order.    At the moment, I have to show each team member how to sort their columns, save custom views, pin, etc - it would be great to at least have the basics set to default!   At the very least, showing the associated ticket higher up in the column view order would be excellent. ...read more

It would be really nice to have a feature to start any tasks open on a selected group of contacts (either in a list or in the contacts/filter area).  I have contact filter views set up for various purposes and workflows to create tasks when fields need to be updated or when emails bounce, etc.  It would be nice to be able to say I want to focus on updating/completing ANY tasks for THIS group of people.  The option is already there to create tasks for a filtered list (though, not if I select all which is still strange and frustrating) so it would be nice to also have an option to start tasks for the same list.   This is a bit different than adding them to a task queue because they're not always the same task.  I may need to update field A in one record and fields B, C, and Q in another record.  They all show up as separate tasks so it's not so easy to queue them with the current options.   Here's my excellent quality screen shot to demonstrate where I'd like to see this!      ...read more

Hello Everyone,  As like many of you on Hubspot, we have many international clients. We work with people from over 147 countries currently.  With that being said... I need my reps to do outbound effectively via tasks (as a dialer basically). The issue is there is no way to prevent them from calling people outside of that timezones calling hours (9am - 9 Pm) or whatever we want to set it to.  The only possible way I see in doing this is colleted their timezone and then created a bunch of different lists that only cover specific country regions (NA, APAC) Etc.  It would be incredible if hubspot added a feature that automaticall skipped tasks that are outside of the calling hours even if they are in your task list.  I have only found one dialer that does this and it does it very well based off of phone number.  I will continue to use that in the mean time but am wonder if hubspot is working on a solution for this currently.  Please up-vote if you have the same issue! ...read more
