Leveraging Tasks, I see my team can track Linkedin Connection Requests. However, it does not seem possible to track if a connection was successful or not.    Does it make sense for the "Sales Navigator — Connection Request" Task to also have a field that tracks successful connections?    Furthermore, I see in Sales Nav that there is a "Link to CRM" button. However, this only seems possible through Salesforce. Perhaps a long-term idea would be to build out a more robust sales nav integration.  ...read more

We use a lot of automation to create tasks for several of our customers and we have noticed that if the message is long the task is pretty much unreadable, which leads to Sales rep not wanting to read the tasks.    If the task is clear and always the same task I do not see an issue here. But take for example form submissions (for example request quote) that are automated to deals, here the message and inquiry is a lot longer which leads to the message (contact property) a long text.    Another example is when you have outsourced your chat service, they then fills out customer contact requests with a HubSpot form, which is then automated to a task for sales team to contact them. Hi team,   commenting for a customer here. I think it would be great if we can see the total number of tasks that's assigned to a user and use that within a workflow. Reason for that is because, we might want to stop certain workflow action towards a certain user if they have many pending or overdue task. Thank you! ...read more

We have the feature of creating a task to follow up on a note. However, this note and the task that follows up on it are not associated. It would be much easier to search for the related notes and tasks if there are associations between them.    ...read more

I would love to be able to type in the time using the 24 hour format wherever I type in the time. Currently if you launch the tasks que you can use the 24 hour format when rescheduling the task from the ribbon. However, if you click on the task itself you cannot use the 24 hour format and must specify am or pm. ...read more

The UI update really hinders workflow. Instead of saving time scrolling, I now have to click on every Task and email and call to see what I've done. The human eye doesn't focus that easily. Stop trying to re-invent the wheel and put it back to the way it was. I'm not the only one who thinks this. Try it yourself, I'm sure you'll hate it too. I would love to be able to look ahead a week or two in my tasks to see what I have already on my list of todo's before scheduling additional tasks for that week/day so that I would not have to move as many tasks.  Could we get that feature to sort by date task is scheduled or in between two dates.   ...read more
