Hi all, I am administrator of our HubSpot CRM and I just set up a shared task queue for one of our teams. I granted both users the same rights to watch and edit the tasks of their team. As an administrator, I can select "All assignees", showing all tasks of both team members at once. But the team members themself can not do this, because this option is shown, but unavailable for them. So every time they would like to know what the other one is up to, he has to pick the other member and then switch back to himself again. This becomes kinda annoying over the time, because in daily business you want to have the complete picture. It would be great if we could sync the tasks we create specifically for our campaigns with our Google Calendars.   Right now it's only possible to sync tasks with Google Calendar if you have a Sales Starter Seat or higher, which I think doesn't make sense since only our marketing team uses campaigns.    Would it be an idea to give ones with marketing seats also the possibility to sync tasks with other calendars? We won't use them for the sales tasks anyway so I don't see any harm.    Thanks so much! 😊 ...read more

i would like to see the workload of my team mates in regards to all there tasks.   therefore i am missing the possibility to see tasks created in the marketing hub associated with campaigns in the sales hub tasks overview.   So in detail i would like to see these task created in the marketing hub "campaigns" in the Sales Hub Task overview here: With the current disconnection of these two different task types, i am not able to see the overall task load of all of my team mates. We do not have dedicated roles for Sales or Marketing employees only yet, that´s why most of our team mates operate in the Marketing and Sales Hub and fullfilling task on both sides.   The goal would be to see the overall tasks existing in Hubspot per assigned team mate.   Where to have this overview i am not quite sure, in our case within the Activity Feed would work. But i guess it´s rather a new place then the Marketing or Sales Hub, because it is User driven and not Department driven.    If that would be something you think it also would suit other HubSpot clients, then we would be very happy to see that feature coming. I think it would be really useful to add a "Task Template/List" feature to the Tasks function of HS.  What I am talking about is: You create a list say "New Client Tasks"  For users that use the CRM but have other systems like DotLoop or xyz where there are tasks that are done off-site this would be a great way to keep track of tasks and productivity In that list you create say 10 -20 Tasks  You will be able to create a hierarchy of tasks that need to be done sequentially (either by date or in list view  in the order the tasks should be completed if date isnt the best way to sort them) You will be able to Name the task with the action without continually having to rewrite the task name Auto-populate the task list to your open tasks  when associated with a contact  if the date was the way the hierarchy was set  up then it will populate with the existing views of "today, tomorrow, this week, this month..." ...read more

1- every single person who works form the company level and not the contact level 2- to get an overview of what tasks are set at a company level (the same reason we associate emails to BOTH the company and the contact) 3- What value does adding the email to both company and contact add? Easier overview, most people work company level and need to see what is going on, seems like it should be basic workflow.  4- every single CRM would associate to both contact and company unless you opted out of this.  5. We need to control that a certain set of tasks is completed before a deal moves forward to the next stage in a pipeline. Currently, we can create new tasks for each new stage reached but we can't control that those tasks are completed before moving forward.   The option of creating custom yes/no properties appearing in the popup between 2 stages is no good. Firstly, it makes users edit both the task's status and the custom properties. Two way to record the same thing. Secondly, when the user answer "yes I've done this", no check is made. He could just make mistakes, though he completed the task while he did not.   Stages are things that work in sequence.  Tasks are things can work in parallel. It would be great to be able to add a comment to a note or an email that has been entered earlier. To create a note and comment chain.   I currently use HighRise CRM and one feature I use every day is adding comments to notes or emails in a company ou contact timeline. That way I have all the info about one subject in a "discussion" or in a series of notes instead of having to jump from one note to another with tasks and calls in between.   Thanks!   Luc Noël ...read more
