Apparently most Hubspot users operating in Europe send out Meeting Links to exising contacts instead of embedding them on their websites. When collecting personal data from prospects all of us need to make sure we have the explicit consent to process that data. The Hubspot Forms in the Marketing Tools in fact pay respect to that by enabling Hubspot users to add/edit the respective field to the form: after enabling GDPR settings generally or for a specific form you can edit the form and under other form fields add or edit the GDPR field; the drop down let's you choose between legitimate interest, - which you should choose only if you know what you are doing - a checkbox for consent for communication and a simple text for data processing (which is standard for no reason if you ask me), or checkboxes for both consent for communication and consent for data processing (the latter is then automatically a required field as it should be). Only the last option is the safe option here; the "standard option" should only be used if you already have this contact in your crm and have the consent from another source; it is practical when you additionally want your contact to join a marketing list for example.   Now to the actual issue I and basically all Hubspot users operation in the EU have: when we send out a Meetink Link to a contact we obviously do have the consent from another source to process their data or we would be in dangerous violation of the GDPR. BUT when we want to embed the meeting link on a website to turn prospects into leads I need to have that additional consent for data processing checkbox. Sadly when we edit the form that is integrated into the Meeting Link there is no way to add that. Although it would have been logical to add it here when it was added to the GDPR form field... this was pretty new in 2020 IIRC... so apparantly nobody noticed this discrepancy in the last 3 years. Except I pointed it out 3 years ago while working for a different company. So how about someone at Hubspot implements the same option Forms have to the Meeting Link forms? Using marketing emails on the free plan was great, except for limit issues. I'm using the CRM Starter now and I love all the upagrades I need for now. Except for marketing & non-marketing contacts layer. Finding out that i can only add on or remove from the marketing contacts until another billing cycle just threw me off 😱. I had contacts who converted quickly within the month and there was the need to replace them on my marketing list, which i couldn't do. I'm not sure what the downside is to this, but i think anyone should be able to use email marketing and change contacts as the behavior of the contacts are changing and responding to marketing. Hello,   We have a lot of products with a lot of images.  We have them all organized in folders on Box.com under a "Products" folder.  It would be extremely useful if I could simply upload the Products folder and all of it's contents to HubSpot by dragging the parent Products folder into HubSpot.   As I understand currently, HubSpot requires you to manually create all folders and subfolders within HubSpot and then upload each file to corresponding HubSpot folder.  This is a very crude way of uploading files and extremely ineffecient.  Please update this part of the software to modern standards. ...read more

Please stop editing the gallery module and put it back the way it was until you can think through all the issues.  The recent change where you have to apply changes each time you add a single image and then go back to the breadcrumb menu to Gallery to add another is cumbersome.  My longtime request to add multiple images at one time has been ignored for years so I have no hope that will actually happen.   Also, if you make a change to the software that will require clearing my cache - yet again - please put that in the Tips bubble before I start to use it.   Unfortunately, you only accept feedback through this forum, not through customer service or I wouldn't put this up in this way.  Also, no 'Boards' selections were appropriate.  Do you want feedback?  Probably not. ...read more

It would be very helpful to allow the Ticket view to show you tickets assigned to ME and also the Unassigned tickets at the same time.  We have a workflow where available agents take unassigned tickets to work on but they either have to look at tickets assigned to them OR unassigned, not both.  It would be really helpful to allow both options to be selected in the same view. ...read more
