We have two types of customers - wholesale and retail. The wholesale customers are tagged using an integration called Wholesale Gorilla. When we utilise the shopify integration into hubspot, we end up with a whole lot of our retail customer contacts - which we don't want or need in our Hubspot CRM.   We have subsequently switched off this integration altogether. Now we have to manually enter our wholesale customer details.  What we would prefer is to re-install the integration and have it recognise the tags and only import customer contact details if they are tagged with "wholesale" tags. ...read more

Currently the email activity has Email Sent Status, It will be helpful if there is a "Sales Email Open Status" filter, so the user can extract the list of contacts that have their Sales Email opened. (For Starters Subscription) ...read more

Microsoft deprecated the use of folders and moved all folder to categories. As such, we are unable to create new sycn to outlook unless it goes into the main contact folder. Which is not really desireable and causes issues.  Can you please review the current integration and modifiy it to support the new outlook API's.  ...read more

Using marketing emails on the free plan was great, except for limit issues. I'm using the CRM Starter now and I love all the upagrades I need for now. Except for marketing & non-marketing contacts layer. Finding out that i can only add on or remove from the marketing contacts until another billing cycle just threw me off 😱. I had contacts who converted quickly within the month and there was the need to replace them on my marketing list, which i couldn't do. I'm not sure what the downside is to this, but i think anyone should be able to use email marketing and change contacts as the behavior of the contacts are changing and responding to marketing. Please stop editing the gallery module and put it back the way it was until you can think through all the issues.  The recent change where you have to apply changes each time you add a single image and then go back to the breadcrumb menu to Gallery to add another is cumbersome.  My longtime request to add multiple images at one time has been ignored for years so I have no hope that will actually happen.   Also, if you make a change to the software that will require clearing my cache - yet again - please put that in the Tips bubble before I start to use it.   Unfortunately, you only accept feedback through this forum, not through customer service or I wouldn't put this up in this way.  Also, no 'Boards' selections were appropriate.  Do you want feedback?  Probably not. ...read more
