I want to create a dashboard that houses all my social reporting across business units or teams as mine is structured. However, you can't seem to build your own reports on social information and the only thing you can do is save the prebuilt ones as reports and then filter on date ranges.    This might be okay but there are other issues. I can't filter on them once they are in the dashboard with a quick filter. If I want to build them out by team I'd first select the specific users and teams in the analyze and then save the report to the dashboard, which works for audience but doesn't work for impressions so I have no way to seperate my impressions across teams.   I am not sure if anyone has found solutions to these issues I am having and built their own reports but I would implore HubSpot to look at allowing custom reports for social if not because it would be very nice to be able to have something you can structure to look at rather than going into analyze and pulling out data to build an excel sheet from or something ...read more

When posting a reel to the native Instagram or Facebook app, they could have a library of music to be to select and OVERWRITE the audio on our native file or we can MIX the audio and keep our native sound and play a little of the new song in the background adjusted to a lower volume level. Does HubSpot have any ability to incorporate this feature to our scheduled posts/reels? Is it coming in the future or shoudl we just keep planning to do this type of "scheduled post/reels" on the same day of in the native app? ...read more

I use multiple social media scheduling tools for various clients. However Hubspot is my favorite. There is one thing that another platform has that HS does not...   Sprout Social has come up with a way to have their own "link in bio" landing page within their own platform. I use Hubspot (which is my favorite tool) for my companys internal social media management. If Hubspot could research Sprout Social and how they integrated this functionailty, I think it would highly elevate Hubspots social media tool. Currently in husbpot you are not able to select a cover for a reel, and instead the best option is to manually post the reel to IG. To stay up to date about upcoming social posts that are in draft, but set to be manually posted, is it possible that hubspot can adapt a notification for the post? This way, nothing is missed, the person who created the post is notified and reminded to push manually. AND additionally, if a post doesn't go through correctly (that hubspot is supposed to post) can we receive a notification that error occured? Hi - I use drafts as placeholders for planned social posts in the upcoming days/weeks. It would save me a lot of time if we could delete drafts from the Calendar view of our social media.   Thanks, Angela ...read more

In my organization we have roughly 20 different brands on our HubSpot account. Each brand has an editor or social media manager that is responsible for posting to social media. With the old social scheduler, it knew who I was, what my default brand pages I posted to were, and would automatically slot my posts into the next time slot without me having to take any action. After posting, it would show all of the posts I had scheduled.   With the new scheduler I'm having to select my accounts manually each time, my default times are showing up incorrectly (sometimes) and I have manually pick the timeslot I want (every time). And then, after hitting post, instead of taking me back to my list of scheduled posts, it takes me back to the master list shared by everyone else. I have to pick my name from the dropdown every time to get an overview of the content I've been scheduling. Is there any way to go back to the old posting system? ...read more

The social media tool seems good only if you have one channel you're working with and you're the only one posting.   Some features I wish it had is: -assigning and reviewing posts before scheduling  -seeing the topic of the post in the calendar view rather than the social media and account name (I know I'm posting to my own account...) -the preview of posts don't seem to mimic how they will actually look in the platform -I run two social media accounts and I can't seperate the calendar views. I'd like Account X (FB,insta, twitter) calendar view only and Account Y (Fb, insta, twitter) calendar view only. Seeing everything all at once is hard to keep straight. And having each platform a seperate post seems unnecesary. I want one block to open and be able to edit all the posts at once instead of opening each post for each platform. -it's hard to make a series of posts for one account. for example if I want to make a set of posts for Account Y, I have to change each platform over to Account Y.    ...read more

Hi! I saw this feature in Facebook advertising (I believe it's new). You can now advertise with your scheduled posts in Facebook. Of course I'm using Hubspot for my social media management and I schedule my posts from there. But unfortunately I don't see any scheduled posts in the Facebook business account (I do see the published ones). We've recently moved all our Instagram and Facebook posts over to hubspot social tool. However, the biggest slowdown in content creation is the need for tracking use (date/time of post) for prior assets. We generate about 4-6 weeks of content out at a time, and with that organizing your assets in the hubspot files, labeling, and filtering through what has/has not been/or is scheduled to post takes up additional time. Our former platform Later was able to provide this funtion and it made repurposing past assets a breeze, as well as sorting and organizing preped unused content much more convient. Is there a possibility that hubspot would be able to provide this update in the future?   ...read more
