I don't see why the ability to respond to comments on SM platforms is only accessible whent he original post has been published via Hubspot. There are many publishing tools that offer more than Hubspot and we use these, but then our customer service team can't respond to comments on those posts via Hubspot. It seems an unnecessary restriction, especially as the account is connected to Hubspot so the two way connection is already established.

We should be able to schedule and manage posts for Facebook groups. I love that HS does LinkedIn groups which are hugely effective for us but we need Facebook groups too.

I would like the option to add a location (geotag) to Instagram posts scheduled through HubSpot. In their article Instagram Marketing: The Ultimate Guide, HubSpot says "Include a geotag. Did you know that posts tagged with a location see 79% higher engagement?" Yet they do not offer this as an option. It is not feasible to log into mobile Instagram to add a geotag every time a scheduled post is released. It would also be nice to be able to tag products when scheduling.

We have created a social media post with an external link in Hubspot. Hubspot automatically adds tracking parameters to all the links, but some websites don't accept additional url params (utm_campaign, utm_source etc). In our case the whole link doesn't work anymore and we had to change it manually in the social network. It would be great if there was an option in the Hubspot Social Media tool to disable tracking parameters per individual link (not as a global setting).

Please add the ability to include at least facebook and linkedin in the monitoring stream. Now, i can only enter twitter and a list of contacts. Why ignore Facebook and Linkedin? Many many thanks

Hi all, following my discussion with the support. I would like to suggest that the option to be able to log interaction (even if it's manually) from Linkedin, could be very intersting instead of logging them in a note or a task. I mean, we have (log a call / log an email / log an appointment) we could have another option "log a social media interaction, or linkedin interaction or whatever" Best Regards to all of you and Happy New Year ! I have recently migrated from Later to HubSpot and was very disappointed to find that I can't add 'the first comment' so my post will be associated with certain hashtags. Now, I have to go onto the actual platform and add them. I also found that I can't add a link that goes to our bio for visitors to see. Please add these. Thank you!

Hello Hubspot, It would be very good for a global company like us to be able to use Hubspot to publish Social Media posts on Wechat to promote our company our company on the Chinese market. Hope this is something Hubspot will be able to propose in the near future. Thank you Caroline

Currently, only tracking URLs that are bucketing visits under 'Paid Search' or 'Other Campaigns' in the Sources Report will appear in the Campaigns tool, but the Tracking URLs that are categorized as 'Email Marketing', 'Paid Social', or 'Social Media' will not appear in the Campaigns tool. My suggestion is that when a tracking URL is associated with a campaign, it should also be appeared under the campaign tool. HubSpot should consider to improve the "Campaign" functionality and make it more useful.
