View-only seats should still have the ability to connect and reconnect social media accounts (not the ability to post), but we need a way to have our company leaders enter their social media credentials into the platform. With HubSpot's recent switch to paid core seats, we have run into an issue with managing social media accounts because we cannot connect/reconnect View-only users' profiles. And we will not be asking them to give us their personal passwords. They only need to do this once a year and giving all of these users core seats does not make fiscal sense. ...read more

Currently, there is no functionality to post Reels or Stories to Instagram from HubSpot. This is extremely important as Instagram continues to transition to a heavily video content platform. Are you looking into implementing this feature anytime soon? If so, when? ...read more

While multiple images are allowed for Twitter and Facebook, only one is allowed for Instagram. All other social media scheduling platforms allow for multiple, can we get that capability in HubSpot as well? ...read more

Hello,   Is there any way you could add account Engagement Rate % and post ER % to the social media reporting dashboards?
