My company bought the Sales Professional package specifically to use the customized quote templates. If you know how to code in HubL, developing a customized quote template in the Design Manager is very intuitive and easy I'm sure. But as it currently stands with no experience coding in HubL, it's a pain to actually develop your own quote system. I believe it would dramatically increase the usage of customized quote tempaltes if the layman could create customized quote templates. HubL is difficult for me to use even after spending weeks working on learning it. If there were a simple drag and drop feature added to the customize quote templates using the process below: - Bold: New Features I'm Requesting be Added - Non-Bold: Already Available Features 'Sales' drop down -----> 'Quotes' -----> 'Actions' drop down -----> 'Customized quote templates' -----> 'Customize quote template' -----> 'Create Your Own Template' -----> 'Add a Module' -----> (here there would be a list of all default modules available to the user) -----> 'Module Size/Shape' (this would give the module a specifically sized/shaped box that text, image, etc. could sit in) -----> (after being added, a user could easily edit a template by dragging a module onto the template preview which would have a grid allowing for users to align images, pictures, etc. with eachother). I'm sure this idea can be expanded upon and improved further, but as a payign customer who has been trying to use the 'Customized Quote Template' feature as it is currently, it's very unintuitive and slow to use.  Please take my idea into consideration, I'm 100% certain it would make your customers experience using the feature much better. Dear Hubspot,   Every new member who joins our business is always surprised that Hubspot do not offer subfolders to further organise workflows, lists & templates. Hi All,   Our Sales team is rather small (8 individuals) but works internationally in multiple languages (British English, American English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Mandarin...). We use Email Templates and Snippets on a daily basis and record each piece of content in multiple languages. In its current form, it requires creating each email template and snippet multiple times, for each language, as individual records. This causes difficulties in managing, finding and updating them -even using folders and private team views.   Our request is the following: Would it be possible to have language variations within the email templates and snippets like we can do with our web pages and blogs? So we can create ONE email template/snippet, and add the content in multiple languages within this same record. To help show the benefit and usage of snippets it would be beneficial for admins to see the usage of snippets within the portal. This would help to show who is using what snippets and overall if there's any snippets which aren't been used to then allow us to either edit or remove unused snippets. ...read more

We have several users who don't have the sales professional license and I would like to assign them up to 5 templates. My understanding is they only have access to the first 5 templates created and assigning templates isn't a product feature. Is this on your road map?  ...read more

I want to add a personal email, a email-template, to a workflow so it automatically sends these emails to contacts who triggers the workflow. The reason for this is to automatically send emails which look very personal. Hello,   It would be great to have the possibility to create news options to add to the Sender personalization tokens.   For example, our company is specialized in recruitment and each recruiter has their own specialty.  We would like to use the same template for everyone but we need it to be personnalized by the sender. I'd love to be able to utilize snippets and have them trigger other actions. For example, I am a marketer and use snippets to pass marketing qualified leads to my salespeople within a thread. I'd like to be able to have this trigger adding that salesperson as a CC on the thread. Also, trigger workflow or a task so that I can make sure my sales team is following up with these leads.   I'd also really appreciate some sort of analytics around snippet, really just a count of how many times they've been used and by whom.  ...read more

Currently, we can not use custom object properties in 1:1 email templates as personalisation tokens.    This would allow us to send custom emails with data that we frequently use! One of our main objects is a custom one and we can't send any data stored there to our customers.    This ability would be hugely beneficial!  ...read more
