Hi Hubspot - Sharing a few observations about helpful additions to the Property Insights tab:    1. In 'Tools using this property' include property personalization token usage in email templates. This would be helpful as administrators archive fields and/or for monitoring purposes.    2. It would be ideal to select specific properties (ex. create a list or view of properties) in the Property Insights tab.  Generally, it would be great to be able to build on some of the reporting available in property insights - I'd suggest including the reports as templates too, which administrative users could customize as needed.    Thanks! ...read more

The current quote templates are not very customizable and are limited in modules you can and can't include as well as the placement of them. As far as building your own quote template goes, if you have great knowledge in coding in HubL, it is probably quite straightforward and easy to create. Trying to customize a quote template without the coding knowledge proves to be quite difficult and has restrictions.     A way to makes this more user-friendly and a more streamlined process would be to have either an option to create a template from scratch (similar to building a form), or being able to drag and drop modules to your preferred location (maybe having a grid option to help align them). Hi,   Just started as an SDR manager and am in the process of doing an internal audit / cleanup and overall organization of our current templates and sequences. I have been utilizing the folder function to start to group these together, however unless I remember the name of the folder, it is relateively difficult to locate the folder as it is on the same list and page of the other sequences and templates.   Is there a way to filter specifically to see my folders without having to remember the name / go page by page to relocate it? It would be great to have the option to create subfolder categories within a folder on the templates feature. Currently, you can only create one folder in the template feature, but it would help our organization immensely if we could add folders within that one folder.  ...read more

It would be a good option to have the capability of limiting the access of certain modules to be team specific.   Essentially, having the same feature Manage Access found in the Email section, but have it in the Design Manager.    This way modules could be built based on the team's needs, and only they could use it.   The problem we are facing, is that everyone is using any module available. In turn, making it complex to keep up to date, and responsiveness is not always pretty.   Consequently, by limiting teams to a few modules would make sure that maintenance of our modules is much simpler. ...read more

Please make the owner filter to function within the template folders. When I currentluy drill down into the template folders and then select an owner, it displays all templates by that owner outside of the folder I am in. In order to properly view and organize our files effectively as our content naturally evolves, this feature is very much needed. ...read more
