E seria muito bom poder acompanhar indicadores sobre a efetividade desses disparos.   Quando acesso diretamente a página da Meta onde são cadastrados os modelos de mensagens (templates), eu consigo visualizar alguns indicadores como: Mensagens envidas, taxa de mensagens entregues e taxa de leitura de mensagens.     Gostaria de solicitar que os relatórios de insights dos modelos de mensagens do WhatsApp disponibilizados pela Meta, também sejam adicionados ao Hubspot.     ...read more

When sending a template through a contact's profile, it shows all templates. Please make it so the templates are placed in folders.   This used to be a feature in HubSpot, and it looks like it was removed. ...read more

It would be wonderful & time saving if the Sales template emails had a section to add a CTA.    Right now, I have to go to Marketing > Lead Capture > CTAs > create a CTA.  Then I have to take a screen shot after it's made & upload it to my images.  Then, I can finally go to my Sales template, insert the image, & add a link.     HS has nearly everything else, why doesn't it have this?  A good chunk of my emails are made in these templates & this would save time & make procedures more efficient. ...read more

Hi, Without the subject showing in the editor it's extriemely tedious to track an email back to its template. VERY ANNOYING! Small fixed can make a huge difference: The email and template related windows are pretty inconsistent.  The select and create template windows should also show the subject and possibly additional key words The sales email editor itself should show which template is currently used.  ...read more

After using Hubspot for about 1.5 years we have made many changes. When we updated our default font it no longer matches any of our emails, templates, snippets etc. It would be extremely helpful if we can apply these default change to all snippet and templates in our account. ...read more

When typing emails in hubspot, it is extremely difficult to tell that different fonts, colors and sizes are different until after the email is sent.   For example: This is what my email looked like after hitting send - you can see that "intent to help reduce risk...." is a different font than the rest. Right now, you can add dynamic meeting links in templates, such as inserting your meeting link, or inserting the meeting link of the sender. However, this is not possible within Snippets.   This would be really helpful as our company commonly use the same snippet/CTA at the end of emails but have to add in our respective meeting link manually.  Alternatively, having a Sender Personalized Token for the sender's Meeting Link.    The current workarounds are not ideal: Create a unique snippet for each person on the team of the CTA with their individual meeting link , which gets very messy and crowded very quickly. Creating a template just for a single CTA sentence with the dynamic sender meeting link, again this gets messy, lost among other email templates the team uses, and perhaps most importantly can't be used in conjunction with any other templates.    Having individual lists of starred templates and snippets is something that Apollo.io offers, and is quite handy with the Gmail extension, as you can more quickly find and use important templates and snippets without searching, and isn't limited to templates/snippets you own or have recently used.  ...read more
