Can we Please adjust the sequence functionality when it comes to editing an active sequence. Having to unenroll contacts to recieve the new edit is a nightmare. Contacts are at various stages within the sequence which makes this process very time consuming. Not only that, but when you unenroll then reenroll for them to have the new edits, you cannot have them pick up where they left off, for example, I have a seuqence that goes email, follow up, call, follow up. Lets say I need to unenroll and want to reenroll to recieve the first follow up to the original email, this does not work. Would be great to drill down into sequence metrics from the custom report builder, notably being able to see the performance of each step of the sequence in terms of completion, unenrollments, unsubscribes (not just click/open).  ...read more

I'd like to be able to alter which fieilds are shown on the Squences summary page. For me, meetings booked is not a metric that I am monitoring nor is it a CTA in my sequences so all have 0%. Seems like a wasted field in a summary Page.   I'd like to be able to chose which onces I have as a view (e.g. Open rate, Click Rate etc) instead of forced having fields that are irrelevant. ...read more

We have over 900 sequences and over 2400 templates which makes finding the correct ones pretty difficult. We don't want to delete them, as it's useful to look back at the success, enrollments and copy. As there is no archive function (I know others have requested this), I have been going through and managing the sharing to 'only me' so that it's more tidy for our SDRs. To do this, I have to click through a handful at a time, which makes getting through the 900 very time-consuming. If no archive function, it would be great if you could filter more. At the moment, you can filter by owner and search based on name, but only 10 per page and you can't filter on 'last used' or 'total enrollments'.  If this isn't possible, being able to export sequences, then adjust their names or sharing permissions and then re-import, would be great. We could add 'Archived' to the title and SDRs would know to ignore these.  Overall, just more options for tidying sequences and templates would be great!  ...read more

Allow contacts to enroll in a Sequence without an email address. Sequences currently don't allow for contacts to be enrolled without having an email address for the contact. It would be a great idea to have the ability to create a Sequence with "Call tasks" and/or "Linkedin tasks" that we can then enroll contacts into that are without email. ...read more

I would be nice to be able to add multiple receipients into a single, same email sent via a Sequence. For now, 1 email address = 1 separate email, so if you select 3 contacts for the same company, they each receive a separate email. It would be nice to be able to include people from a same company within the same email (as multiple receipients, or in cc). This would be easier to manage when they reply, or if the email includes a link to book a meeting for example (they might all book separate meeting if they receive the email separately).  Thanks for considering this idea!   ...read more

Hi,   Just started as an SDR manager and am in the process of doing an internal audit / cleanup and overall organization of our current templates and sequences. I have been utilizing the folder function to start to group these together, however unless I remember the name of the folder, it is relateively difficult to locate the folder as it is on the same list and page of the other sequences and templates.   Is there a way to filter specifically to see my folders without having to remember the name / go page by page to relocate it?
