So we all know that when running a prospect through a sequence, a response will typically unenroll them from that sequence...   This being said... I can't think of a bigger waste of time and effort than filling in custom properties for a sequence step that might never occur. I'd like to see the meeting rate for sequences count folks who have ever booked a meeting from the sequence, not just folks who book before the sequence ends. I have a customer who had a sequence with 2 emails in it. When the second email was sent, the customer did book a meeting using the link in the email, but it didn't count toward the meeting rate for the sequence because the sequence had technically ended.    Adding a task and delaying it a couple of days is a bit of a workaround, but it isn't foolproof because once the task gets created, the sequence ends (not when the tasks gets marked as complete)   I'd like to get attribution to the sequence anytime someone books using a meetings link in any of the sequenced emails instead of just when the sequence is "active". ...read more

I suggest that when one unenrolls contacts from a sequence, it shoud be an option to delete these contacts for good from the list. Right now, the unenrolled contacts are still displayed along the enrolled contacts and the big issue is that they also account for the statistics, so when I want to know the response rate for example, I have to manually substract the unenrolled contacts from there. Hi, I want to set up sequencing to automate follow-up pings to qualified leads that have not responded within X days. We are using the Sales Hub Enterprise and can trigger sequences on different criteria. The major issue is that we want to continue the earlier conversation and not start a new one. In Salesloft / Outreach type tools I've used in the past there's been a token that will insert a day of the week from when the email is sent in the sequence/template. For example:   "Would you be able to connect {2days.from.now} afternoon?"   would format as this if it was sent on a Tuesday:   "Would you be able to connect Thursday afternoon?"   Found this very useful to push for a CTA soon after a send.       ...read more

PLEASE add the Calibri font to the template dropdown options. It is the most widely used font and the font we have in Outlook. When we send a sequence in one font from the HubSpot template and reply in Calibri it looks messy!! ...read more

Currently the Task view has a limited number of columns that can be added to the view. It is only from the Activity/Tasks data table, and does not Join the associated records' columns for visibility, filtering, ordering, etc.    This makes it impossible to include a "timezone" or "location" or otherwise order/group Tasks by certain shared qualities to work in a straightforward and efficient way (rather than randomly based on the columns available to order by).   While conceptually simple, I recognize there is complexity to join up to 4 data tables based on which objects the Task is associated with (Contact / Company / Deal / Ticket). But it is incredibly limiting to not have any filterability and ordering capabilities beyond the handful of property columns on the Task alone.   Related (should have existing tasks for at least 2 of these): --> Include Associated Company automatically along with Contact when creating a Task.  --> ^ same, but for Sequence Tasks --> include Timezone filterability/ordering in the Task view.   Thanks a ton!
