In HubSpot, each contact can have multiple email addresses. This makes sense for deduplication in HubSpot, but is causing issues when integrated with Salesforce, which only allows 1 email value in the email field. One particular use case: we're using ZoomInfo Enrich in HubSpot. If we already have a contact and ZI finds another email, it adds it to the email property. Because of that, the contact then has an error in syncing to Salesforce, since Salesforce can only have one email address in that field. It's not possible to change email address in a workflow, as that is HubSpot's primary identifier for a contact. Ideally, we would prevent multiple email addresses and add a new property (secondary email) to map to our Secondary Email field in Salesforce.
