Problem: At the moment, Insights does not work for every field properly. Posting on behalf of my customer:   Currently, view and edit access for the sales forecast tool shares the same permission setting with view and edit access for sales goals (See HubSpot user permissions guide here). There are use cases where this is not ideal however, such as if a sales manager would like to manage the sales goal(s) for a given user (restrict their edit permission) while still allowing them to update their forecast (enable edit permission). It would be great if these could be separated into two individual permission settings to meet similar use cases where having a shared permission isn't desired. ... Mehr anzeigen

Hey @hubspot - having customizable tabs on company, contact, and deal pages would be immensely helpful.   The data recorded in our customizable property fields are much more important than what's tracked in the activity, emails, calls, and meeting tabs. We'd like to present these property groups in the center of the page for a cleaner, more accessible look instead of cramping the info on the left sidebar.   Allocating valuable space in the center of the page for our most important data would greatly increase our desire to stick with HubSpot instead of moving to a different, more customizable CRM.   Photo of tabs and property groups for reference: ... Within our database, we have a lot of duplicate companies because companies have multiple URL variations (i.e. www.brand.co.uk / www.brand.com /www.sub.brand.com, etc)    When we're merging these company accounts, we're losing visibility of all the different URLs as it's just keeping the most recent one.    Please can you amend the process to keep a fields records when merging, and not delete anything? Perhaps set up a review process which asks what you want to do with company data in fields that are both (keep, replace, keep both).  ... Mehr anzeigen

Hi HubSpot Team,    It would be AMAZING to be able to create a workflow that allows you to move a Deals stage automatically after an email has been sent to the associated contact. This is possible with Tickets, where the Ticket can move status if you send an email/the Contact replies, however, it is not possible with Deals.    This would allow us to automate more of the Sales process in a Deal pipeline. E.g: The Deal could move from 'Quote Created' to 'Quote Sent' if we had this type of property/automation.    Thanks, ... Mehr anzeigen

In the attachments box under object: contacts - the space for each attachment name is cropped halfway, and is not using all the space, just half the available 'real estate', please increase it to use the full available space and it'd be nice to get the date of that attachment received in there as well.  Previewing docx files does not work. When building workflows, I often find myself wanting to turn on or off specific actions within an active workflow. For example, if I build a task creation action that has personalization tokens, schedule, recipients, and other customized data, I don't want to delete that in order to turn off the task creation. When a contact that is enrolled in a sequence bounces, Hubspot unenrolls that contact from the sequence. Currently, it is not possible to access any of the emails that I had spent time writing for that contact, which means that I need to re-customize the entire sequence when reaching out to that contact or another individual in that company again. I am so surprised Hubspot provides no way to access the customized sequence emails that have been written for contacts. Hubspot, PLEASE make it possible to access these, whether it be on the contact record as a scheduled email or within the sequence itself. When leveraging the filter for Recent Sales Email Replied, we're finding that contacts who are CC'd on an email are displaying in the results. This creates misleading reporting, incorrectly attributing a "reply" to someone who didn't actually respond to the email. When wanting to create automation around recent replies (say to automate task creation for Sales to follow up in X time, or send surveys to contacts who've recently responded/interacted with Sales, or send specific Marketing campaigns), this failure creates time-consuming sorting work in order to ensure we're delivering a great customer experience. Would love to see Hubspot come up with a way to sort out CC'd contacts so that they're not misrepresented in our data.  ... Mehr anzeigen
