It would be great if HubSpot would allow calculations to refer to the currency lookup table.   We have a report that needs to be rendered in a different currency to our company currency (we cannot use deal amount as we support 5 currencies). We are struggling a lot with calculated properties which give no option to convert days to weeks, months, or years in the reports. Time between dates always appears as days in the reports , while in the property view it DOES CONVERT the values in years, months or weeks. That's the silliest process as it block us from creating a calculated property which would convert days to months (1 day*0,33m), or weeks etc. Hubspot leaves us with no options at all and blocks the calculated fields and reports which stops us from using it in general. Trying to develop a sales pipeline by product family (which is an attribute in our product item)- the problem is when we add products to the deal and run this report, it reports the full deal value rather than the value just associated with that particular product family.    So if there's one deal for $1M that has 4 different product families in it for 250K each, it would show 4 product family deals at 1M each (total value of the deal) ...read more

Hi, When using a dashboard filter on a dashboard, all reports in this dashboard are filtered. However, when you export a report in this dashboard, the dashboard filter isn't applied. This results in an export that is different from what you see on the report in the dashboard. E.g. filtering won deals for a single sales rep, while the export gives all the won deals for all sales reps. This is confusing and sometimes frustrating if the user isn't getting what he's expecting. This behaviour was confirmed by HS Support. Hello,   Doesn't it bother you that the HS 'click-rate calculates clicks that are on your content (i.e., LP) and also on the unsubscribe? As of right now, there is no accurate way to track SLAs for Inbound sales leads.  In order to effectively track SLAs, Sales & Marketing leaders need to be able to pull reports that include Time of Form Submission and Time of Sales Activity Completion over rolling date ranges.  Tracking SLAs is a key metric for optimizing the sales & marketing funnel from MQL to Deal creation. It would be super helpful to be able to either have properties that are defaulted in and automatically track each date a deal was moved into each stage so that this information can be viewed for multiple deals at once and/or mass modified! For example, I'm looking to change the Close dates for all of our deals to the date they were moved into our stage "commitment to sign" rather than when they were moved into the stage "closed won" . This would be doable with an export and a re-import, if these dates were stored somewhere in properties or something. However, the only option at the moment is to go into each deal seperately and look at the history/activity. ...read more
