Hi all,   Just off the phone about this topic with Johan in Support, who was very helpful.   The "Deal change history" report in "Report Collections >> Sales >> Forecasts & Pipelines" is a very nice graphic report and just what I have been looking for.  However, what I ultimately need is a simple tablular version of this report listing the Deal Names, Deal Change Type, and probably a couple of other useful fields (Close Date, Amount, etc.).   Could you add that table as an option for the existing report?   I tried to build it from scratch, but couldn't and so called in to Support.  The issue is that you guys are using some developer secrect sauce to build this kind of query and bring back Deal Change Type, but that kind of query isn't accessible through the UI.     Thanks, Whitney ...read more

Hello all,  Would it be possible to have additional functionality on how we see KPIs in dashboards?  We're wanting to be able to put a score against activities (meetings, calls, emails) so instead of a sales rep having a target of 50 calls/week, they could have a points score that they would have to hit. Meetings are harder to do so these would be scored higher, whereas emails are easier and they would be scored lower. So I am working on creating sales goals for my team. Something I am unable to do but would be beneficial is to have somewhere to input actual revenue for the prior year (or even month). Hubspot goals require advanced filtering on the default goal-level view.  Why: As a sales manager, this view must only show booked meetings and calls for prospects. Activity that actually indicates encouraged rep behavior.   What's happening: All sales meetings, and internal company meetings and calls are being consumed and surfaced in the goals view. This breaks the current goals' utility. I want to easily be able to track and report on the quality of my meetings so would really like the ability to add properties against Activities - at the moment we are stuck with the pre-set fields.  This is my use case:  My BD team create the initial/ intro meeting for my field based sales team.  The field sales person sits the meeting and then either runs with the opp or qualifies it out.  Whilst we are using meeting outcomes (qualified out/ progressing etc) and create opps for every meeting to track meeting through to opp to win progression what would be great is a simple visual in the form of a propery field that allows my sales person to rate the quality of the meeting - in the form of stars or 5/5 drop down or something really simple, along with perhaps a notes box to validate the rating if its low?  It would be useful to be able to report on this to show BD A get 5/5 every meeting for example as a measure of success and how satisified my sales team are on the quality of their appointments. Currently we cannot select or reference meeting attendees in reporting. This would be a very important feature for reporting on sales activities.   As several salespeople can attend the same meeting, we're currently unable to accurately report on their customer interactions. ...read more

Currently, we only have the ability to track a user goal tied to 1 team goal which limits the power of sales management to effectively lead.  For example, we have 3 offices, 3 sales divisions, and 15 sales team members.  Currently we can only track the 15 individual sales team members and their main sales division team.  If we want to create another team for the entire company or the individual office, it won't track the results because that team member would be an "extra team member" which isn't tracked.  Having this insight will allow us to more effectively manage and lead our different sales teams, offices, and sales divisions to success.  Also, unfortunately goals can't be exported via Excel spreadsheet or anything else; this would be helpful when sharing  ...read more

I'm a big fan of the new recurring revenue deal properties and the report template that's offered: (Reports -> Sales Outcomes -> Revenue (Beta)).   However, I understand the template uses Close Date as the beginning date for the recurring revenue. This doesn't work for us. We often close deals in, say, April, that have a term of July - June. It would be much more effective if a custom property - such as Period Start Date - could be used instead of Close Date.   Also, the report is viewable Daily, Weekly, or Monthly. Why not Quarterly or Annually?   Both of these changes would turn a somewhat useful report into a critically valuable one. ...read more
