Hi team!   In the Forecast tool, we're able to drill-down and see specific deals associated with each team or rep (Fantastic!)   That said, as a sales manager, I would also like to be able to drill-down and see all deals in a specific deal stage in the forecast view (regardless of the team/user).    This could be accomplished by adding links to the top line 'summary' row in the Forecast overview (please see the image below). Hi team, Raising this for a customer here. When creating a sales activites custom report, the activities names are being parked under separate properties such as "Meeting names" and "Call title" When displaying all of them under a single report, it can be cumbersome as there will be many blank values. Are we able to have the feature to choose whether to move the title/name of all activities under one "Activity name" property? This will help a lot in reporting purposes. Thank you! ...read more

Hey HubSpot product team,   Some companies have a variety of teams using the call feature. For reporting, the users from these teams are all logging the call type and call outcome.   Sometimes, these are the exact same, sometimes, the call types differ between teams. A sales team might have an exploratory call, a demo call etc., while a customer service team might have an onboarding call, a review call etc.   Currently, the calls cannot be filtered by team or grouped – and the list can get quite long. With a large number of calls each day, clicking the "Call type" dropdown, scrolling and searching the correct option can be time consuming. It also increases the margin for error: Someone might accidentally select a call type from another team.   Could call types be grouped/partitioned by team? A sales user would then only see sales team call types, a customer service user would only see customer service call types.   This would shorten the list of call type dropdown options, make data entry easier and increase reporting accuracy.   Thanks! ...read more

With this new cross object report builder, I can no longer click on "Line Item" and see all of my options in a drop down to choose when filtering.   I can go by PRODUCT ID, or by the name, but it's an open text field.   Very, very frustrating as I spend a lot of time in here and there's no way I can remember the DOZENS of line items I want to filter by.  Bring back the DROP DOWN showing me all my options!!!!!
