At this moment we can only see individually the time that each of the prospects spends reading each page. I suggest that to be able to count all views and have an average of which pages of the document the prospects pays more or less attention to. Thank you

We have a custom object setup for "Partners" that help us track referrals recieved and referrals given via association labels. Unfortunately, we are not able to track the association date (ie. the date the referral was recieved or sent) and therefore cannot report on number of referrals recieved or sent in a given time period. Hubspot, please add an association date property....this does not seem like an unreasonable request.

We have a custom field called "Total Actual Gross Profit" that we would like to use instead of the defualt "Revenue" data field, our sales people are trageted on the Gross Profit they make on a deal not the overall revenue they create.

Context Being able to report on and trigger workflows on total tax for a quote is vital for many businesses to remain compliant and ensure that business processes are followed. It's currently not possible to view the total tax on a calculated property in HubSpot for the quote. Idea Implement a default calculated property on the quote object with a sum of all tax applied to the quote. "Total Quote Tax". Allow this property to be used as a trigger for a workflow based on being known/unknown or based on value. Additional: Sync this to the deal on a deal property Use Cases Allow workflows to be triggered when no tax is added to a quote Automatically reject a quote within the approvals workflow if it has no tax Trigger/require further approvals if tax is over a certain value (important for some jurisdictions) Allow taxes to be reported - vital for all businesses Allow for tax calculations to be made where taxes are quoted in different currencies than they have to be paid. Provide reporting on how much of the deal/quote amount is tax as opposed to revenue.

This idea is related to adding tasks, calls and emails to a queue. Currently, when creating a task, you'll see the option to add the task to a queue: All good. However, when you log a call/email, this option does not appear: It is possible to change queue info in the activity AFTER login the call, but it would be a good addition to be able to already select the queue qhen loggin the call/email/meeting: Very often, this is where the actual task is created which is why it is an important feature for the sales reps - the task can be forgotten if it's not related to any queue information.

Hello, I understand your system does not allow the option to split revenue between deal owners. This is something that would be very helpful.

I was recently trying to create a report that would show me when two different products exist on the same deal. For example, if a deal was a grocery list, I want to report on how many deals have both bananas and oranges on them. My report was to show the sum of deal amounts with these two items and the average value of deals with these two items. The property criteria I tried to use was Line Item 'Name'. So if the deal has Line Item Name banana and line item name orange, then include that deal in the report. Surprisingly, you can't do this in the custom report builder. The builder uses both criteria to look at each line item individually and since a line item name can only have one value at a time, no dice. Contact lists do however allow this, so I have created a clunky workaround that uses list memership as a report criteria, but it's extra steps for something that should be out of the box in the report builder. Please fix. thanks
