Currently you can create reports against individual products. E.g. count of products sold or revenue by product. However, often we don't want to report against each individual product we sell. Instead we report at a higher level against a family of products ie a product folder in hubspot.  Would it be possible to be able to build reports against a product folder so we could then create a report such as revenue by product folder? ...read more

Hi team I worked with a customer who requested for the ability to export the full list of reports and dashboards currently in their portal. I understand that we do not currently have this feature. Use case: Customer has 900+ reports in their portal and they need an overview of all these reports and who they are currently being owned by, so as to ascertain if some of these reports should be assigned to another user. Our comapny does outbound sales and part of our process is to track, what we call, our Dial: Pick Up. Having a report showing our average Dial:PickUp over the last couple of weeks, months, quarters, etc. would be extremely helpful.    Example:  NUMBER 1- (Total Calls): Call outcome= Upgraded, Follow Up, No, Called/No pick up, bad number NUMBER 2- (Total Pickups): Call outcomes= Upgraded, Follow up, No   Number 1 / Number 2 = average dial to pickup    Thanks! ...read more

Sales team members spend a lot of time researching and cleansing prospects, which (currently) is not fully transparent within Hubspot's activity reporting.  It would be great if the ability to track and report on things like:  Recent changes to email address, recent changes to phone number, updating LinkedIn information and when those changes were made.  This provides insight and value to the cleansing / prospecting work our sales team does everyday to keep their pipelines healthy.   I'm sure there are more metrics that would be helpful, but those are the ones I'm missing at this very moment 😉   ...read more

Created on behalf of the JA Community   I want to monitor the monthly contract rate (Number of closed deals in Jan/ number of deals created in Jan). Ideally, I want to monitor this rate per lead channel. I understand that we can show the number of deals created and number of closed deals in a report.   However, if we could see the calculated rate using these numbers in a report, we would be able to track the contract rate on monthly basis and if there's any change we would be able to check in with the reps. ...read more

We have teams based in multiple international locations working with different "supported" currencies. For example; Our UK business uses GBP, EUR and USD, and reports in GBP Our Australian business uses AUD, NZD and USD and reports in AUD   We would like to produce a (single) dashboard and report that allows our sales teams and leadership to report in their home currency not always the company currency. i.e. the same report in GBP or AUD, which converts from the deal amount currency.   A report level parameter to define the "report currency" for the report should allow users to define "Deal currency" to maintain the current format, and then a select list from the currency table. It would then convert the values to that report currency as required.    Current scenarios tested:   Using Deal "Amount" means that 1GB+1EUR+1USD = 3, and does not take into account the currency table that was set up.   Using "Company Currency" means that our Australian team then have to do external work to identify what the AUD amount of all the deals is   Using "1 report per currency" means every person needs to add the value of each of the 3 reports and then convert to their home currency to get an accurate picture of their business.  ...read more

I would like to be able to restrict, on a portal level, how records are exported. I am aware we can restrict the view of some users, but if the user has access to the contact (as they need to) and need to export data related to the contact, but not PII, could we choose what they can export? For example - user A has access to a specific contact (as they are a lead in a region they look after) and I need them to be able to export data for marketing analysis, but NOT personal information (name, email address, phone), without them having to de-select and even so, name and company name are always part of the export - I am aware this i changing, so it is great, but still relies on the person de-selecting the information. It would be great to be able to grant export right to users in a more restricted way, as teams benefiting from analytics data don't necessarily need (or have clearance) to manipulate PII.  Many thanks,  ...read more
