After discussing with Hubspot Support (thanks Juan) I will also post my initial request and the idea also here in the community.   It would be incredibly beneficial to introduce a feature that allows users to review and edit activity properties in bulk, rather than having to inspect each record individually. This functionality would greatly enhance efficiency by enabling users to quickly and easily update multiple activity properties at once (e.g. it would be useful to update in bulk the call and meeting type on multiple contacts). Not only would this streamline workflows, but it would also facilitate the extraction of valuable data for reporting purposes and integration into other features such as workflows. As a Sales Enablement and Systems Manager, Goals have limited usage capabilities for other participants on a deal... Currently, HubSpot's goal tracking system associates goals with the primary object owner, such as a contact owner, deal owner, or company owner. However, in many sales and marketing scenarios, multiple team members contribute to the success of an objective, particularly in complex sales cycles involving BDRs/SDRs (Business Development Representatives/Sales Development Representatives). This proposal suggests enhancing HubSpot's goal tracking functionality to allow for the inclusion of secondary owners, enabling more accurate performance tracking and incentivization for all contributors to an objective.   Use Case: Consider a scenario where a BDR/SDR plays a critical role in nurturing leads and qualifying prospects before handing them off to an Account Executive (AE) for closing. While the AE is designated as the primary owner of the deal in HubSpot, the BDR/SDR's efforts significantly contribute to the deal's progression and ultimate closure. Il manque un affichage HT dans les devis ET surtout dans le listing des devis (onglet "Vente", puis "Devis".   1) Dans les devis en eux-mêmes, ont devrait quand même avoir le : - Total net HT - Montant de la TVA (20% ou autre) - Montant total TTC Et aussi indiquer les remises s'il y en a dans un sous-total   2) Dans le listing des devis, indiquer le montant HT et non le montant TTC !!! En France, c'est obligatoire pour les reportings commerciaux. Je vous envoie un screen du montant total de mes devis, que je suis obligé de recalculer manuellement à chaque fois pour avoir des stats correctes en HT... As the ARR & MRR reporting is based around these properties, which are calculated via the Line Items, it's essential for accurate reporting that it be possible to make adding them to Deals mandatory. I've worked with a few organisations where this has been an issue now, and while creating 'Missing Line Item' tasks and reminder notification workflows for the sales reps helps, there are always going to be Deals here and there missing Line Items with the current, and so Annual & Monthly Revenue Reporting inaccurate. If it were simply possible to enforce the addition of Line Items so as to move between stages, or move the deal to Closed Won, the problem would be solved. As it currently stands I have a few clients with this issue, and I'm seeing between 40-60% completion of deals with associated product line items - making these key reporting properties unreliable and incomplete. There's no way to see the contacts that are actually opening, clicking, replying, and booking meetings on sequences. This report is currently only helpful for evaluating the effectiveness of a sequence but it does not allow users to take action from the report, or  understand the full picture of who is interacting with templates within the sequence.    Users need the ability to click the % and see a list of the contacts that have opened or clicked the specific sequence.   ...read more

We are selling mensual abonnements. Client will have the same abonnement for one year at least. A client can subscribe for couple of year. Idea: Make all Date-filters available everywhere they are relevant.   Background:  Hubspot is missing date-filters in multiple places and is not consistent (i.e. different date-filters are available at different places) about them. This issue drastically reduces the power of filters, reports, automation and marketing, etc. Fixing that would be high impact, it's a core platform feature, with impact on all products.   There has been 15+ ideas on the forum about missing date-filters for filters, reports, lists, workflows, ... everything. Those ideas were at first aimed to request one date-filter in one place. This master idea aims at grouping all smaller ideas, giviing visibility to this "Date-filters" issue and getting it prioritized as one overall review of "Date-filters" across Hubspot. Because the only solution is for Hubspot to fix Date-filters everywhere, by working just on that.   Things currently not possible on Hubspot (i.e. use cases): 1/ Filter contacts with last activity is more than 10 days ago 2/ Filter deals with a close date that is in the past 3/ Build Report on Deals with last activity is more than 30 days ago I want to give my sales team a filter of contact not contacted since 14 days. I am expecting to go to contact and to save a filter but the Date-filter required to do that is missing. 4/ Build List of Contacts with customer/deal who expire in the next 30 days 5/ Build List of Contacts with deal created last week. Etc...   Research: I've been comparing all Date-filters and noticed there are 11 types of Date-filters currently available on Hubspot (see screenshot below). The issue is that those Date-filters are randomly available on: - Contact WF but not Deal WF - on List but not on Report - on Dashboard but not Contact Table Etc. There seems to be no logic and that this is just the results of features coming one after the other while Date-filters never receiving focus as one topic.   This feature request is not about creating new Date-filters but only about making all the ones currently existing available everywhere, it is relevant to have them. Hi, I often need to report across pipelines with one report. At this time, I can pull this information but am unable to change the order in which it is represented. I'd love the ability to change the order of columns within the report to display the information in a way that is most helpful to our organization when analyzing data.  Thanks! ...read more

Currently within the report builder there is no ability to report upon the date an association label was applied to a contact.  For eample, if a lead were to be associated to a deal (with a specific label), we should be able to report on the date that association label was applied. ...read more
