I would want to see a way to override the deal stage percentage value and give the salesperson a way to give his personal estimate/feel from the interaction with the customer. There are cases that customers will progress in the funnel as expected but in complex sales (B2B or others), there are many cases where people will be very active - so progressing in the deal stage activities , but despite that, the salesperson estimate that the close/win probability is lower than what Hubspot will let it be by the deal stage. Would like to be able to report more holistically on Campaign engagement for any Contact who engages with a Campaign, not just those who are entering HubSpot as First Touch (or Last Touch). We have many Contacts we market to who have been in HubSpot a while and still need to know if they interact with a new campaign we're running. Also need to be able to tie Outbound activities to a campaign such as BDR phone calls. Hello We use Custom Objects for our business but there are a few down falls about this and its mostly because we are unable to use HubSpot built properties that are normally included in other Objects like Contact. Right now it's possible to do:  - Stage Conversion Rates for an Aggregate Time Period and  - Overtime reports by 'count' or a 'sum' -- But it's not possible to do an over-time report combining the two. For example we want to take key conversion points in our funnel:  - Visitor -> Lead  - Lead -> Deal  - Deal -> Closed Won etc.. And see how those conversion rates are trending over time, by key segments:  - Deal Owner  - Deal Size Right now from what we were told this isn't possible In Hubspot so to pull the data manually day by day and work in Excel. I realised after spending 2 hours trying to get the right reports on out dashboard, that I would now need to repeat this process 10 more times, as we need to see each vendor sales figures for each team.    We need to be able to clone the whole dashboard or be able to clone a report to a specific dashboard (not just to a new one).    Please let me know if anyone else has any shortcut ideas! ...read more

Hi,   We subscribe to the Reporting add on, but we are finding that there is a big limitation. It only enables us to report against revenue targets, not the number of activities or deals, which really restricts how effectively we can report against certain targets. We are having to export data from Hubspot to create our own reports in Excel, which is unexpected when we are paying for Sales Pro and the reporting add on.    Please can you increase the options for what types of targets can be reported on? At the moment we use task queues to manage the workflow of a particular user: In these task queues, we group together similar tasks that need to be completed by the user, for example, "SMS" means SMSs that we need to respond to.  In a similar way that service Tickets have SLAs, it would be good to define some SLA's for ticket queues, not just based on whether indivdual tasks are overdue, but also how many tasks are not completed within a particular queue. An example of how this could be done is to use simple "Visual Cues" to indicate whether the rule  > Has been exceeded > Is soon to be exceeded > Is not exceeded By highlighting the queue in Red (Has been exceeded), Yellow (is close to being exceeded), or green (is not yet exceeded) The rules should include: -> Number of overdue tasks allowed -> Absolute number of tasks allowed  This would help teams keep on top of the different types of activities they are required to do, and not 'neglect' any part of the process for too long.  ...read more

While HubSpot allows you to set your own fiscal year, if you update your fiscal year from the default to your desired option, it will impact any reports that utilize fiscal year for reporting. It would be great if we had the ability to further customize the fiscal year parameters in reports instead of only relying on the default set in your portal settings.  ...read more
