I've been working with the record ID sorting in HubSpot, and I'm finding it a bit confusing and not working as intended. When I sort based on the Record ID with the 'Value Ascending' option, it sorts numerically based on the internal value, which makes perfect sense. However, I'm a bit puzzled when sorting the Record ID by 'Label Ascending.' It's unclear to me how it's sorting, but I suspect it might be based on the order of digits. What I'd like to see is when sorting by the Label of the Record ID, it should use the labels we've created (e.g., 'Clayton Farms') and sort them alphabetically in ascending order. Currently, I've found a workaround by using the Company Name property for sorting. However, this leads to having two properties—one for users to click on (to access the record) and another just for sorting. I believe that if we can refine the Label Sorting, it will streamline our processes and ensure that our end users continue to have a great experience with HubSpot. Below is an example of what I am talking about: The Record ID Label for Contacts is First Name and Last Name combined (Internal Value), Company Object it is Company Name (Internal Value), etc other objects. Below are some examples - Record ID Sort By the Value (Internal Value): Record ID Sorted By Value (Internal Value) Record ID Sort By the Label (First and Last Name): Record ID Sorted By Label (First and Last Name combined) Ideal Sort I would like to see when I sort on Record ID by Label: Ideal Sort I would want to see when Sorting by Record Id by Label
