We are looking to be able to compare last year over the current rolling 12 month totals by deal stage in a deal snapshot report. The only way the repost works now is we either use all data for close date filter or if we make a selection for start and end date for close date. If we try to change the close date to "less than 366 days" it will not show us the year over year comparison. It would be great to have that adjusted to be more flexible allowing for a rolling 12 month range and the comparios on the previous year's rolling 12 months. The function to share reports with other users is very nice. That said, it creates a lot of confusion as to who shared the report with me without being notified of which user shared the report. Can you please add functionality to include the user who shared the report within the email that is sent to me? This makes it easier to troubleshoot any issues or get more information from the user requesting the changes.  ...read more

Currently we cannot select or reference meeting attendees in reporting. This would be a very important feature for reporting on sales activities.   As several salespeople can attend the same meeting, we're currently unable to accurately report on their customer interactions. ...read more

I am looking for the ability to filter out specific deal types inside goals. We have both new and renewal deals in the same pipeline (separated by deal type), but would like to set a goal for new deals only. I understand that I can report on this separately, but that does not help my sales team see proper quota attainment inside the goals/forecasting tool. Thank you for looking into this! ...read more

Currently the Hubspot goas module does not support: 1. Using team goals in reporting & forecasting 2. Creating and using sub-goals.   However, it's quite common to: A. Want to report on overall revenue goal achievement in a fiscal year B. Break it down into goal achievement in each team.   Thus, I suggest Hubspot finds a way to handle this. It is already possible to type in team revenue goals, but the user cannot use them for anything, even if they are assigned to a pipeline where revenue is made.  Secondly, it should be obvious that reporting on team goals is more accurate for a business than reporting on the sum of user goals. The reason for this is that the sum of the user goals and the overall team goal might not always be the same; people change jobs and a company can have a period of time with an employee deficit. That should not skew reporting, neither force a company to revise their goals because their CRM can't handle it.   So, anchoring forecasting & reporting on the individual goals will challenge any business where employees resign/are added to the team. If our activity and sales-based Hubspot goals were easily seen on the Sales Workspace, that would make a lot of sense since that is their control center for what to do.  Enabling a customizeable reporting tab or section in the Sales Workspace to pull in these individual, team and company-wide goal reports would further grant visibility and value for not just goals but any "real-time" report Sales can dream of. ...read more

As the ARR & MRR reporting is based around these properties, which are calculated via the Line Items, it's essential for accurate reporting that it be possible to make adding them to Deals mandatory. I've worked with a few organisations where this has been an issue now, and while creating 'Missing Line Item' tasks and reminder notification workflows for the sales reps helps, there are always going to be Deals here and there missing Line Items with the current, and so Annual & Monthly Revenue Reporting inaccurate. If it were simply possible to enforce the addition of Line Items so as to move between stages, or move the deal to Closed Won, the problem would be solved. As it currently stands I have a few clients with this issue, and I'm seeing between 40-60% completion of deals with associated product line items - making these key reporting properties unreliable and incomplete. Common sense tells us that we should be manually following up with contacts that are actively engaging with our content (documents).  Hubspot tracks who has opened documents, and can even tell us how many seconds they've spent on each page.  This is valuable, actionable, timely information.  However, accessing this information from the UI today is a brutal, painstaking manual effort.  For example, to discover that someone did this: frankly requires a lot of effort/luck. The process today: 1. of the hundreds or more documents, click the correct one 2. of the potentially hundreds or more of people that clicked a link, click on Details next that person's name... This information is sales gold and it is not indexed for reporting.  You cannot create a dashboard to review this information.  You can not create a task, or sequence, or workflow based on any of this intelligence.  It is such a shame because acting on this information is mutually benefitial to the Hubspot user and the contact.    Please make the information related to our Documents (and even Sequences) functionally accessable.  If you really want to make the Sales Workspace useful, pump that intelligence here:     Please, and thank you. 🙂     ...read more

Hey!    Wanna share an idea that came from leadership, they love the playbook feature. We have playbooks on how to sell against/win against each of our competitors. They're based on data and highly effective.    We'd like a way to report on whether a playbook was viewed on a certain deal.    We don't want to require logged calls/notes since this playbook is mainly informational.  This would help us gather data on which reps are using the playbook / what % of deals was this playbook used on / and what the win rate is on deals where the playbook is used.    @DMcDaniel let me know if you have questions, feel free to email me as well. ...read more
