Currently, we can only create 1 folder level in the /Sales/Documents/ section.   We need subfolder options.   For instance: /Documents/Client1/SlideDecks/Pitch1.document /Documents/Client1/Pricing/Pricing1.document   And/or, tags would be useful for sorting.    For instance: <sort by all tags containing [Client1]> = doc1, doc4, doc11... etc.   (a 'pinned' feature would be nice too so we can pin the most used folders/docs at the top rather than have to rely on alphabetical or time sorting)   I can create subfolders in nearly any other app/directory. I can tag just about anything as well. HS has so many advanced features, why can't we perform these simple functions? I LOVE the quote functionality. I've integrated it with Stripe but it would be amazing if you could create an invoice rather than just a quote. The quote gives you the possibility to pay via Stripe but this is of no use without an invoice It is a super quick fix for Hubspot. This feature could benefit anyone, will most likely be sales teams, who are sharing documents through links utilizing the Sales Documents features.   It seems there is no way to disable the links to a document other than deleting the document.   The goal for this feature add would be when an old document needs to be retired not having to delete the document to break the link back to it and lose its historical data. Keeping the historical data will be useful to compare on newly created documents.   The feature add could be a toggle button that would disable the links back to that document to avoid any confusion with contacts viewing old documents with outdated information.   ...read more

It would be great if there is a new feature where it allows HubSpot Mobile App user to attach sales document to their outgoing sales email. We would like access to secure document features. Things like requiring a password for File manager linked documents or offering temporary URLs which expire. We find ourselves using third party tools for this type of functionality and believe it would better our experience. ...read more

Set unique permission levels on Projects. For the moment, when users have access to the Projects tools, they are able to see all of the projects within the tool.   We need a way to restrict the access levels of users so that they can only access the projects that they own. ...read more

It would be great if we could have more flexibility when it comes to editing and personalizing the style and content of the documents in the Documents-tool before sending it to customers and contacts.    We often use document-templates containing different types of information and we edit/personalize it before sending it to the contact or customer. Since we can't edit it directly in HubSpot, we need to download the document, edit it in a third party-app and then upload the new document.  HubSpot already provides so many great features for editing and personalizing e-mails, pages and quotes so it only seems natural to have the same functionality for documents.  ...read more

We have multiple documents that we use in both Marketing emails and Sales emails. Support tells me I can't use Sales documents in Marketing emails and that I need to upload them as Files if I want to link to them from an automated Marketing email.   That makes no sense to me.  It is very cumbersome to have to keep 2 versions of all these documents (and keep them all up to date and in-sync).  Please add the ability to have a single document repository that works across both Sales and Marketing (ideally with folders to help with organizing). ...read more
