After creating a document, in the document tool of HubSpot, I want to track who all have visited and downloaded my doc. For creating the downloading link to share with contacts, I have to provide an email id. It is completely ok for few contacts but, if I want to share the document with a list of 500 clients, I have to feed 500 email ids in order to generate 500 shareable links. Which is completely impossible. Is there any way to generate one single link to share and then track the matrices for the doc? What I think, HubSpot should do? Create one shareable link,  then ask the visitors to provide email add in order to download the doc and then keep the track of no downloads through their ids.  If anyone has any solution to this, pl help. Idea: Please Up VOTE Deal tokens that can be automated (like all the other tokens)  that are directly linked to the the "Attachments" section and the HS User can choose from any one of the attachments that are already uploaded.  (So it would provide a  Multiple check box list of the files that are of docs only uploaded to that deal and would allow access to-- So if you have more docs there would be more checkboxes correlating to the # of files in the attaachement folder, if you had fewer docs you would have less checkboxes correlating to that attachment folder so that  )    I deal with the same vendors with specific contract files for a particular deal but might be dealing with them on multiple deals. So I  frequently and need to send multiple emails back and forth and edit emails that could easily be automated if A token could be added to make this process more streamlined to include docs as part of the automation.     And as part of that It would allow us to customize the file name  like" download files here"  or "Purchase and Sale Agreement Package"  - and it would then go to a link just like to docs viewer you already have with all the files in one place     ...read more

I originally sent a document as an attachment to a contact. Now I want to add that doc to my HS Documents. I understand that isn't an option and that I have to manually upload the document into my HS Documents.  It would be AWESOME if I could convert an attachment in a contract record to a document to be used repeatedly by putting it automatically in my documents.   ...read more

When sending a prospect a document, the pop-up message that prompts them to submit their email address (if they are new) has the text centre justified while the tick box for them to subscirbe is justified to the left.   Can we move all the text to the left here please?  ...read more

We tried using Snippets to add specific Assumptions and Terms & Conditions, but the Snippets 2500 character limit is a big obstacle.    Would be much better and save time if these items were part of a quote template that we can have management save and manage and sales staff use.  (Please and thank you). ...read more

Hi! I'm a HubSpotter submitting this idea on behalf of a customer: I have a lot of folders for my teammates in the Templates tool, and I realized that I'm not able to filter results by file type. At the moment, I can only order the template and folders in alphabetical order (ascending/descending) or by the last modified date (ascending/descending). It would be great if we could sort by folders or add a "filters" button to easily locate folders. Thanks!  ...read more

Currently it's not possible to reference a file that is stored in Documents within a Project Task.   It would be helpful to have this feature, to avoid duplicating files. For example, I want to store useful Excel templates (like personalised import files) in Documents for my customer. I'm also creating a Project, to explain tasks that need to be performed and I would like to reference the same file easily from a Project Task.   It is possible to attach HubSpot assets like blog posts, email, landing pages and/or website pages to a Project Task, so my requirement is similar to that - just specific files stored under Documents instead.  ...read more
