I think there should be an option to bulk export the sales email templates. At the moment, the only way to save Sales templates is to manually copy the content of each template, as there is no way to export them and it consumes a lot of time.   This export option helps sales reps to review all of their emails from a document and fine tune if needed. ...read more

There are circumstances for which it would be beneficial to save CC's & BCC's to a HubSpot template.  Sales Managers may want to keep track of certain outbound emails, especially those templates that are used in the Deal Stages.  For example, a team of sales individuals may want to be CC'd on outbound deal/quote emails.  When working in a team environment, it's common to CC individuals, and it would save time if a resource could avoid manually CC'ing individuals each time a template is used. ...read more

I think it would be of great value to myself and others if we were able to create tables & bullet points in the Sales Tools Templates. Our business offers price breaks based on the order quantity and being able to put this in a table would be best (see e.g below).  I can then create a Quote Template for sales people to use. This can be done through marketing and on this post. "Hi there,   I am working with deal pipelines. I would like to limit which pipelines certain sales reps of mine have access to. For example, when they go to create a deal I would like them to only be able to utilize pipelines that are related to their work. This could help confusion when creating deals and   Furthermore, it would be great to have certain stages in a pipeline which then "hide" that deal for a later date. For example if I am close to closing a deal but my client needs some time before they are able to close the deal, lets say three months, I would like to be able to put the deal as deferred and have it out of my general work space for deals.   Thank you!" ...read more

Is a feature to customize what days are recognized as non-business days being considered or developed?  It'd be nice to set certain days to automatically skipped (not just weekends) when sending sequences. ...read more

It would be super helpful to have the Company properties carry over to the Deal when it comes to filtering an reporting. For example, if we're running a campaign and I have a property for leads (in the Company status), once those become Deals, there is no way to track that property any longer, outside of exporting mutliple views to Excel and using vlookups.   Please consider adding this to the expanding functionality of the CRM!   Thanks! ...read more

I would love the ability to auto trigger specific sequences whenever a deal moves into a different stage. Then I wouldn't need to manually enroll each individual person in the deal into the sequences, and could keep the sales process moving along easily. ...read more
