I would like to suggest that the custom report limit (of 100) in HubSpot Sales Hub is too restrictive. We have nearly 20 sales seat users and multiple core users, now, all being paid for. We have reached the limit, due to our deep need for financial, deals and win/loss reports.    HubSpot has been an awesome change for us, with more automation, and most of the reports we needed being able to be made. It is expensive to upgrade to the next tier up (of custom report limits), which is excessively large (it jumps from a limit of 100 to 3,000). For our small business, we also do not need HubSpot Enterprise. I would like to suggest that considering the next reporting package up so so immense (3,000) the standing custom report limit should be increase to 10% of this (300). ...read more

I'm looking to create either an automated report that could be sent out monthly or a dashboard that will show us the people who filled out forms to download some of our gated content in the last month (or other period of time). Right now I can only find this information through the form submissions main section but I don't know if I'm just not looking in the right place to create this report or dashboard.    Any help would be greatly appreciated!  ...read more

In Salesforce CRM you're able to define 'controlling' and 'dependent' fields in order to manage the selection of values between two fields that are related to one another i.e. Region and Country. If I select the region 'EMEA', then I need the 'Country' field to only display values relevant to EMEA (France, Germany etc) not countries in APAC for example.    This capablility to link field behaviour to one another is usually used with Check boxes, Single select drop downs and Multi-select drop downs.    This features ensures users only select relevant values in fields/properties and therefore aids data cleanliness and reporting. Hi there   I looked around for this and am sure it must be posted somewhere but Im posting here so that I could get a response on the status of this as a feature or if you aware this is quite a useful feature to have. If we can work around this, please advise on how to do so?   We have users all over the globe. Each region/team would like to use Hubspot CRM, Sales and Marketing Hub in their currency. We currently have 4 currencies and the default set to Dollar. BUT the issue is that a user in UK for example, sees all values in Dollars but should see it in Pound/Euros as a default for them? Currently, Hubspot reporting's smallest time increment is by day. One of the key metrics that a scaling support team needs in order to determine bandwidth and when to hire a new rep is to work out at what times during the day ticket volumes increase or decrease.  If Service Desk reporting could start to include reporting down to hours, that would be extremely helpful to our team. ...read more

Hello,  The filter in standardized HS LP reports for "URL" is extremely misleading. You have the option for 2 things:   URL is equal to (self explanatory) URL is any of (supposedly self explanatory, but misleading) Based these options and how other areas of the product word filter, option two would lead me to believe that you'd have to enter a list of specific full URLs for this filter to work, e.g. if I entered hubspot.com/marketing-hub and hubspot.com/sales-hub the expectation would be that the metrics would only show for those two specific pages.   However this is NOT THE CASE. I've verified this myself today with HS support and my own tests, option 2 actually behaves like a URL contains any of X or Y or Z criteria.    Now I'm glad it does what I need, but it would be helpful if the HS interface described it as such.    In my screenshots with this build, I can verify that it only pull smetrics from URLs which contain /de-de/ OR /de-ch/ OR /fr-fr/     ...read more

It's an unusually missing feature, but the report builder is only able to show totals on summarized reports, but not on unsummarized. This means for many Deal or Company based reports in which you need to show the individual records, and so need to use an unsummarized report, you can't also have a total field at the bottom. This is particularly useful when Deal values are involved! I've tried a few variations and it's just not possible, and after speaking to support they guessed it was an unintentional UI issue to be looked at, and raised it internally.   This was for a particular client use case, but I can imagine most teams could benefit from being able to add totals to their unsummarized table-based reports! ...read more

Our internal team is working on pulling HubSpot reporting for workflows into Tableau. With that, we want to bring in recency to reporting but currently, we are not able to export a report that includes the send date from HubSpot. Also, the send date is not available within the API. My workaround has been to pull reporting from the email analyze tab and manually assign the dates within a data dump. If we could have the send date added to the report export or the API that would be really helpful.  ...read more
