It would be very helpful if we could implement conditional logic based and require custom properties be completed when certain lead stages are selected (such as the qualified, disqualified and custom stages).

We need a contact property that specifies the Hubspot user who last modified a contact record. An even better property would be "Contact last contacted by", which would require that the Hubspot user either emailed, called, or had a conversation session with the contact for that property to be updated.

Looking to add Line Items as a property so it can be added to workflows! As far as I understand, Line Items are not currently a property. Our sales team uses them to capture a significant amount of data, and we would like to add to a Deals workflow so we can add it to our Google Sheets integration for further analysis. I know you are currently able to export Line Items as a report, but having access to live data would allows us to view our data in the most accurate light possible. Furthermore, it would reduce human error. If adding Line Items as a property can be added to the pipeline, would much be appreciated, thank you!

Vi que recientemente se incluyó la opción de que en las propiedades de texto libre y número del objeto Negocios solo se puedan recibir valores únicos, es decir, que dos registros diferentes no puedan tener lo mismo en esa propiedad (similar a lo que ocurre con el correo electrónico). Sin embargo, la opción no está disponible aún para el objeto Contacto, en donde puede ser de gran utilidad para propiedades como el número de identificación, por ejemplo. Sería genial si introducen esta funcionalidad en una próxima actualización. ¡Mil gracias!

It would be great to add those rules to workflow and formualr, it would be more valuable than actually. As a travel agency, when we ask a customer about their dates of trip, we can allow him to book a trip for tomorrow. We need at least a week to create his trip.

We are just getting set up with HubSpot CRM and therefore have a ton of historic data we would like to bring into the system, "Created Date" being one of them. As this is a read only property set by HubSpot, we aren't able to import data into this field despite the fact that all of our users currntly have a "Created Date" in the past. Can HubSpot please allow for this field to be imported into or at least have a HubSpot specific "HubSpot Created Date" so that we can use the historic and new created date for reporting within one property? Seems silly that we can't bring our past data in for any "Created Date" reporting or for our support team and instead need to create a custom property to solve for historic data.

When working with integrations or detailed reporting or where conversions could happen in the space of a day, I need to know when things are happening down to the second if possible. I know Hubspot is capturing the time because the time of the property change is being recorded, but the actual value of the property is not being recorded down to the time, only the date. I need this so I don't have to have several workflows creating a workaround and so I don't have to keep guessing when something was done.

Currently all data property validation rules are not enforced when a property value is set by a form submission. Please modify this so that data property validation rules are enforced on form submissions. We rarely modify properties manually due to the number of contacts we have. We rely on forms to gather customer data. With data validation rules not being enforced in forms we are getting submissions that exceed the character limits of downstream process and breaks them resulting in manual fixes every time this happens. Surly the majority of accounts have the majority of their data properties filled through form submissions, not manual data entry.

Custom Owner Propierties work well for Users and Permissions; when assigning the following permissions to a user [See Contacts > Team only], HubSpot takes into account users from HubSpot User Property + User Custom Properties. However, it doesn't work well when trying to filter a list or a report by Owner or Team properties; some examples: 1. When trying to filter contacts by Owner, it's only taking into account official HubSpot owners and no owners from custom owner properties. 2. When trying to filter contacts by Team, it's only taking into account official HubSpot owners and no owners from custom owner properties. 3. When trying to filter dashboards or reports by Team, it's only taking into account official HubSpot owners and no owners from custom owner properties. I th would be great if Team/Owner filters take into account users from custom properties. Custom user properties are essential for big companies that share customers between Business Units (same Contact/Company, different owners).
