Is there a way to have a select all option when you are creating a multi-select list property type? We have a State field with all 50 states listed in the drop down options. It would be great to have a Select All option to be able to check all the options for this kind of field. Is that something that already exists? Having that functionality would make for quicker selections if say you have 40 states to select and not all 50 - you could click Select All, then unselect the ones excluded. thanks!

Currently the deal currency has to be set manually for each new deal. This can cause issues in a context of international sales operations. Please create standard tools to automatically set the currency of a deal. My preferred way would be to have a currency selector (based on the currencies setup in my account) on the customer company. When a new deal is created, the company currency would be set as a default. Alternatively you could also look into some logic to make it based on the country.

The new property sync property types have been tremendously helpful, but would be great if we can increase the limit from 25. Very convenient to avoid working through associations, then searching dependent objects....hopefully this limit gets increased!

It would be great if it were possible to customise the ‘Details via “lead”’ view for all HS users, as with other objects.

Currently, when using the Global Search Function, we cannot amend the default Global Search Results Settings to display properties in the Global Search Results View columns that are relevant to the specific business, and customise views to different teams/ team members in the business. i.e. Global Search Results for Contacts only show default columns for Name, Email, Phone number, Primary company, and job title. Global Search Results for Companies only show default columns for Company Name, Domain, City, Region, Phone and Company Owner. Similarly, we are locked to default properties with Deals, and all other objects. Goal We are able to tailor the Global Search Results settings to meet the needs of different teams/users, much like the way we already can edit the object-specific search result views with the Contact/Company/Deal search tabs. This will enable us to: - Choose properties to display in the Global Search Results view - Choose order of columns that display - Change length of column. Different teams have different needs: Use cases Different properties/columns to display for different teams - Service teams may find it more useful to see a customer code property/column in the Global Search Results View; while they can use the Global Search to find the correct company, they can't see on the screen they are clicking on the correct company, because we cannot bring in the <CUSTOMER CODE> company property to the results view. - If searching companies, would be great for sales teams to see the primary contact in a column, and click directly onto this, rather than needing to click on the company record, to then search for the primary contact - If searching tasks, would be great to see the internal task owner in a column, so you can easily see accountability. Ability to edit length of columns There may be several entities e.g. deals, companies, with nearly identical names, but a small variation right at the end of the deal/company name. So we can correctly read the name, we need to be able to edit the length of 1 particular column in the display screen. This means we don't have to click into the record/hover over each record, to read it. e.g. COMPANY NAME is likely to be longer than other properties, so we want the ability to make this column longer than others.

Missing a feature after a change in filtering contact lists: When adding the association contacts>company you will see a column without the company ID in the title - however when sorting the column it will still sort by the internal ID and not by the name of the company. I really hope it will be possible (again!) to add associated companies property to a contact list as a text based field - so it can filter alphabetically = faster and better overview.

It would be great if Leads had the same editing options as Deals. Currently, once a Lead is created, you can't edit the name. Instead, you have to delete, and re-create with the spelling you'd like. This creates a fresh lead and does not carry the history. This is problematic.

In hubspot is possible have properties with the access "Assigned to users and teams" , if I want to check what property a team has exclusive access I have to open all de properties to check. Isn't possible to see in a macro way.

With HubSpot increasingly at the center of our tech stack, it's often necessary to create mappings from one system to another. For example, we have service teams and our invoiced revenue in Quickbooks is attributed to that service team. However, in QBO, that's a really string of characters. Current integration mappings don't work for many use cases. While this could be done through Workflows, the immediacy of calculated properties makes them a superior solution here. I'd love a "switch" or "case" function for calculated properties. This would make the calculation a lot easier to read and maintain compared to a long nested IF statement. If I need to create a calculated property for "Quickbooks Class" based on our "Assigned Service Team" property, I'd love to have the Quickbooks Class property be a calculated property, simlar to something like: ---- Switch ( [assigned_service_team], {'west_region','A34567890'}, {'east_region','B987654323'}, {'north_central_region','C8625638397'}, {default,'00000000000'} ) I'm not suggesting this be the exact implementation, but this would save me a ton of time for many use cases that involve mapping HubSpot property values over to other systems. This is especially valuable for established portals where you can't just change the internal property value to match the receiving system's needs. Possible use cases: * HubSpot object ID to a different object id * Pipeline or stage ID values to a project management system * company IDs to QBO company IDs * Product Names to Wordpress product IDs An alternative approach to this may be to create a HubDB Lookup function. Again, just off the top of my head, something like: ----- HubDBLookup([assigned_service_team], TableID, LookupColumnName,ReturnColumnName,DefaultValue) So, in this case I would look up my assigned service team in the HubDB table with the ID I pass in. I'd search for that value in the LookupColumnName column and set my new property value to the value in the ReturnColumnName. And optionally, I could specify a default value if nothing is found. Either one of these solutions would be incredibly beneficial for us.
