Many organizations need more than 2 "Phone Number" properties on various objects, and some objects have NO Phone Number properties available. Currently the workaround is to add a custom property with field type of "text" or "number" .... but the formatting is useless and confusing. It also does not work with any dialer tools. Please add "Phone Number" as a custom field type, or add "Phone Number" format option to the Number field type.

Hey! Currently, it's only possible to see the first email thread for a ticket in the customer portal. So when the contact emails a new email on the same ticket, the conversation disappears in the customer portal. This makes it confusing for the contact. My wish here is that it would be possible for the contact to see all associated conversations from the ticket in the customer portal.

We need the ability to create more than one Customer Portal where customers can login to view and update their service tickets. Would be nice to be able to create multiple portals and connect them to the appropriate pipelines as needed. Each portal would then have a unique URL. Our specific use case is we have separate divisions in our company that work with different customers and having the ability to offer different portals with different branding is what we need.

The search function in knowledge base is not matching multi-word phrases. For example, "Blue bicycle" will return several articles containing the work "bicycle" only. If I search only "Blue", then I get all the articles with "blue". The search should find matches for the whole phrase first, and then parts of the phrase starting with the first word.

I think it would be very beneficial that alongside forecasting recognized revenue, we could as well use the forecasting tool for products sold to quantify the amount of product it took to reach our revenue goal. In our business model, we offer hardware and services and the deal amount tends to be very unique. We would like to set a forecasting goal for the number of products/services sold through HubSpot automatically. Example: We have a custom deal property labeled as "Number of Plates Sold". We could use that property to then create a forecasting amount of plates sold for Q3 &Q4.

I like to keep my lists in folders. When I create a new list inside a folder, it goes into "all lists". I have to go back up to the root and manually move the list into the folder. If this could be fixed it would save me a lot of time! Thanks Ian

Hi, We have 6 seats for HubSpot Sales Professional. We have 1 out 6 reps using the calling minutes (16 hours - 960 minutes / month) and the other 5 users dont use their minutes AT ALL. Can WE please have the ability to share minutes across team members? It is so frustarting every month near end of month i have one rep asking for more minutes and he cant use from other team members. We pay way too much for this not to be a functionality. Please update/fix ASAP. THANKS!

It would be helpful to have the 'user created date' as a field listed on the user breakdown page in Settings. As our organization grew, people were added by multiple users and I can't tell who was added when. This helps tremendously with budgeting so I can track which department to code our costs to for newly added users.

Similar to the way CTA and forms work, the CSAT/NPS web survey and all feedback surveys should be available to show on external web pages. This would be tremendous for HubSpot so that Product Teams and Customer Success Teams could gauge satisfaction with certain product capabilities in-app, similar to an Appcues like tool. Especially for after new features are released, this would be helpful. EX: we recently launched new canalytics capabilities. I want to capture how happy my customers are with the new capabilities by placing a web survey on the Analytics page our our app. For us, it's ideal for this feedback to be captured in HubSpot as it is our primary system of record. Please extend this functionality available in the Marketing Hub as a core part of HubSpot's offering over to the Service Hub Surveys!
