Many organizations need more than 2 "Phone Number" properties on various objects, and some objects have NO Phone Number properties available. Currently the workaround is to add a custom property with field type of "text" or "number" .... but the formatting is useless and confusing. Hi everyone,   Our organization recently implemented Hubspot's help desk ticketing system in place of Outlook's shared mailboxes. We have three separate departments that have transitioned over, and we are running into some minor challenges. Any recommendations would greatly be appreciated.   Restrict Viewing Unassigned Tickets to Pipeline Access: As tickets arrive, we want them analyzed by a team and come in unassigned. Currently, all unassigned tickets are visible to all teams, regardless of access to the pipeline. The sole alternative is unchecking the view unassigned tickets & selecting only view tickets by team ownership, however this requires an assigned owner. Shared views help, however, we would like 0 visibility for unassigned tickets that don't pertain to their department/pipeline access.    Delegation Permissions: Currently, every Team can send out of each other’s department email address. We want to restrict this per user and/or team.   The following are some additional suggestions that we would like to see implemented in the new help desk.   Ticket Creation Email “From” Line equivalent to Pipeline: When a new ticket is created our IThelpdesk@company.com is automatically set as the sender address every time. We would prefer if the email address of the pipeline specified during ticket form creation to appear on the "from" line once generated.   Restrict Inserting Team based Templates: When inserting a template into an email, our users have the option of selecting from any of the templates that have been developed. We need the ability to create more than one Customer Portal where customers can login to view and update their service tickets. Would be nice to be able to create multiple portals and connect them to the appropriate pipelines as needed. Each portal would then have a unique URL.    Our specific use case is we have separate divisions in our company that work with different customers and having the ability to offer different portals with different branding is what we need.  ...read more

For some reason, Sales Hub Templates and Snippets have their own font and type size settings. It seems like you would want every email message to be uniform and use the default user settings for font and type size.   Leaving that aside, if you don't touch font or type size when creating Templates and Snippets, you would assume that when used in email messages, HubSpot would use your default setting. But this isn't the case. Templates and Snippets seem to have some arbitrary default setting of their own, which defeats the whole purpose of having a system-wide font setting. This results in wasting time on font size adjustments when sending an email made from one template and several snippets.   HubSpot should fix this bug. Hey!    Currently, it's only possible to see the first email thread for a ticket in the customer portal. So when the contact emails a new email on the same ticket, the conversation disappears in the customer portal. This makes it confusing for the contact.   My wish here is that it would be possible for the contact to see all associated conversations from the ticket in the customer portal.  ...read more

Hello,   In our company, we  only schedule physical meetings with a field technicians in our customers' homes. They don't take appointments themselves. We have Google calendar connected with Hubspot, where a scheduled meeting appears on the team member's calendar, but we need to see the global calendar view within the CRM to see different meetings of the day/week by each technician. I realize I can't find it on Hubspot? So everytime I have to check a meeting scheduled I have to enter to the customers record? It is not practical at all.  Is the only option to go outside to the Google Calendar for the whole team? The search function in knowledge base is not matching multi-word phrases. For example, "Blue bicycle" will return several articles containing the work "bicycle" only. If I search only "Blue", then I get all the articles with "blue". The search should find matches for the whole phrase first, and then parts of the phrase starting with the first word. ...read more
