It would be great to have the option of a payment link automatically available for all products with Hubspot. This could be used for a 'Buy Now' CTA for a more streamlined e-commerce style experience on Hubspot CMS sites. This way, if the pricing ever changes for the product, then the payment link would be automatically updated. How can I manage the product unit and display it on the documents? How should the unit (Piece, lump sum, hour) in which a service or item is offered be displayed in the quotation in Sales?   Every ERP or the other common CRM systems can map this in the standard system. I am not sure if this has been brought up ever, but I am getting a lot of complaints from sales reps saying that finding a part number when adding a line item is extremely difficult with a large product library like ours. It seems that when you search for the SKU when adding a line item, the search results only show the item name with no clear indication of what SKU that item name is paired with.    My suggestion is that the SKU should be the main text from the search results and the item name would be in grey text underneath so that the rep can tell which product is which. Does this sound like something that could be achieved? As it stands it is not possible to make a list of contacts who have purchased certain products. This is so important for marketing. I need to be able to make lists of people who have purchsed one thing so I can upsell them the accessories after the fact.  There is also no option to map over the product url? We wanted to use Hubspot invoices manually, since there are only little invoices we create per month with very high volume (hence to expensive with STRIPE). Now, as far as we understand dunning is a very dangerous process with lots of communication and fine tune involved. We ask ourselves if it wasn't a good idea to bring this process to Hubspot with sort of an invoice pipeline (likewhise deals or tickets). Currently, there is no way you can create a cancellation note that equalizes / terminates an invoice. In Germany it is not enough to send an email to your customer letting them know the invoice is no longer due. There needs to be an official document (cancellation note) referring to the initial invoice. It should also be possible to create a cancellation note to only parts of the invoice. ...read more

We have over 700 SKUs of stocked product. I am OK putting the cost into each line but we see costs go up and down on nearly a monthly basis. Is there an easy way to adjust all 700 skus' costs up or down by x% in one shot, or do i have to manually do every single one?     ...read more
