Hi! My company sells software that often requires phased roll out across units. We sell the whole business upfront but there are tranches of units that roll onto the contract as the unique start dates pass. We'd like the ability to have all of these tranches renew on the same date, while pro-rating each tranche for year 1 of the agreement/quote.   For example, new customer "real estate owner A" has 100 units, each of which cost $1/year on a contract that begins Jan 1. So:   25 units start on Jan 1 ($25 for year 1 = $25) 25 units start on April 1 ($25 x 3/4 for year 1 = $18.75) 25 units start July 1 ($25 x 2/4 for year 1 = $12.50) 25 units start Oct 1 ($25 x 1/4 for year 1 = $6.25)    This customer would pay us a total of $62.50 in year one but all of those would renew for the full year at $100.   BONUS POINTS: Allow us to charge for the full $62.50 upon quote execution, instead of collecting payment as each tranche goes live.   Is this possible/on the roadmap? ...read more

We mostly do business in Euros but also sell in Dollars. Our Company Currency is Euro because we are based in the Netherlands. But we buy products in both Dollars and Euros. So when we create our products we want to have some products with our purchasing price in Euros and some in Dollars, but this isnt possible because you can only enter the price in your Company Currency.    It would be nice if we could create specific products which we buy in Dollars next to our products which we buy in Euros. ...read more

It would be helpful if we could have a list of the leads coming from our report or workflow created   then transfer all that information per the Contact owner or it can be assigned by the Team   then 1. filter list-based Markets / Cities or Priority ( this changes weekly ) 2. Shows the lead stages or lifecycle   If this is possible using Hubspot Task then it could be migrated to Prospecting just a different UI.   ...read more

When we send a quote to a customer we delay billing on the recurring line items until the product install is complete.  We need to be able to change the delayed billing date on the quote even after our customer has signed the quote.  Due to the unpredictability of installs this ability is necessary if we are going to use Hubspot for quotes and billing.  We would like to keep all of our business within Hubspot rather than utilizing a separate billing platform such as datagate or rev.io.
