We recently upgraded to sales enterprise.  We are using a quote-based workflow.  We want to build several notifications: for example, when a deal reaches a stage called "complete", but the customer has not yet paid their invoice, we want to send a reminder with a link to the quote so the customer can easily submit their payment.  This is a very common use case with obvious benefits.     The problem is, the "token" for a simple quote link is not currently available in the email tool.  There are other similar links, such as "Download Quote PDF" and "Object ID", but there is no way to give the customer a link to the quote so the can easily submit their payment.   The link IS available in other contexts thougout hubspot... For example, when you create a quote, the system gives you a chance to copy the link:  Or, from within a deal or a contact, you can manually "Create Email" and manually a link like this:  But within the automated email builder, there is no way to include the link:         ...read more

I would like to be able to see property history for line items on deals.  Deletions, additions, changes in pricing, terms, etc..  Being able to view this information and see how a deal evolves would be very beneficial to our sales team.  ...read more

We are selling mensual abonnements. Client will have the same abonnement for one year at least. A client can subscribe for couple of year. Let's say that my customer subscribe for plan A during three year and I want to make different price reductions.   Year of subscription Plan Subscribed MRR Reduction MRR Total ARR Total Year 1 Plan A 100€ 20% 80€ 960€ Year 2 Plan A 100€ 10% 90€ 1080€ Year 3 Plan A 100€ - 200€ 1200€   Today, it's written : Annual Total = 4 440 But I want my client to see : Total year 1 =    960€ Total year 2 = 1 080€ Total year 3 = 1 200€ In my forcast category, I know that I will earn : 960€ in Year 1 1 080€ in year 2 1 200€ in year 3 Another idea would be to have different tables or a visual differenciator between year of subscription. ...read more

It would be excellent if we could adjust the column within the product library and add more columns. We can do this in the company overview and contact overview. Unfortunately not in the product library. Shouldn't be a big effort. But at the moment it's annoying that I can't see all the products with their full names and that I don't have all the information at once. ...read more

Hello,   What do you think about adding the option to create "quote templates" that include line items. Case study I have different brands, and different equipment quotes per brand (with more than 30 items inside with different quantities etc). I would like to be able to clone quote templates (that have specific items inside) and assign them to other deals (which is not possible now since I can ONLY clone a quote that is already attached to a deal) ..    Please tell me if this is not clear ! Hubspot built an amazing tool that allows sales rep to send quote that customers can accept by eSignature. It works perfectly fine, but it's limited to 10 (Pro) or 30 (Enterprise) signatures / month / user!30 eSignatures is clearly not enough for us, but we can't even pay to unlock this limitation. The only way out is to use an external tool like Paycove or Pandadoc and pay 50$ / month / user just for a feature that is already there. This makes no sense. When you build a perfect tool, please let us use it as much as we need. Even if it means we'll have to pay more, if I need unlimited use of this feature, I should be able to have it (or at least fare use 100 eSign / month). Thank you ...read more
