We have a product integration with CW PSA formerly CW Manage and I would love to see the ability to create product workflows for the things coming in through the integration.  Currently it's a pain in the butt task that has to be performed.  1. go to products  2. move 20 at a time (our people are creating up to a hundred products DAILY)  3. Refresh the page because it doesn't do that automatically.  4. Rinse and repeat steps 2 and 3 until you get through 500 products.    I can't think we're the only ones that need to organize products from an integration so would love to see this on the roadmap.  ...read more

Can we have Thumbnail pictures as an option in the product library. This will allow our team to be much more efficient, rather than having to trawl through and open individual files one by one to select a specific image/product... Please make this happen!! ...read more

We currently link products to deals through line items - but it is clunky and we think there could be a better way.    Could you create the option to link a product to a deal &/or a company, so when you look at a company you can see everything the client owns. If the deal that contained a product does not close, then it wouldn't be included under the company. But if the product does get purchased, it would be tracked at the company level as well.    Also - we would love to be able to view, from the product library, all clients that own each product.    ...read more

It would be SOOO nice if we could use a feature similar to Quotes, but to create/copy-paste our LOI's and Contracts for E-sign right in Hubspot. Right now we need to use PandaDoc and if we want that correspondence to go through the CRM (which we really want to keep everything in the CRM), we need to pay $65/mth per Pandadoc account for the Hubspot Integration.    It seems that Hubspot already has the tech to build templates and already has the tech for esign, so if you just added a "E-sign Doc" editor we could create, save, and send all inside the CRM.    ...read more

For us, being a cyber security company, we can't have our client names or products/services used published or discoverable through web scrappers. As you can imagine bad actors could use this knoweldge to their advantage and present a security risk.   It would be great during the creation of the quote, in the final step we had an options Publish, Download, or Do Both. Today, you have to publish, download, unpublish which creates a tricky process in which sales people will make mistakes. We can't have quotes published. ...read more

Forgive me if I'm going blind but I can't see tm find a way to make a Product property 'required' when creating a new Product. Nor a a way to make the field required when adding a Line Item from that property.   Ideally we should also have conditional fields, since products in one Product Family may need more data completed than others.    Appreciate that HubSpot is not a CPQ, but we have this functionality in all other objects, so think it should be available throughout 😄    The functionality for adding Products/Line Items is quite limited, so wit would be great to see some more flexibliity here please! ...read more
